My Strata Manager is Fei Ye, based on the Bourke Street Melbourne office of BCS. He is very professional, diligent, and helpful. He has a very thorough knowledge of all aspects of managing our property, be it legal, insurance or maintenance issues. I only need to ask him to do something once and I have full confidence that it will be carried out promptly and efficiently.
As a contractor I want to say David Teehan is very good at communicating what needs to be done on work orders, very articulate and helpful.
HORRIBLE! To whoever is a unit owner, DOT NOT even consider using this strata management group! I bought a unit in December 2016 and I have never owned a property using any strata management.their services is appalling, dealing with them has been frustrating and unprofessional! They've seek a plumbing service to my unit without my permission and now they had charged it to my levies to an extraordinary amount for me to pay, it is very unfair and biased! This is so wrong! This strata management service does not meet a standard of good practice under the industry sector. The Financial Ombudsman is going to investigate this matter soon.
