BCS Strata Management

I have never written a bad review for a company, and this is my first one, as I am quite angry with the way my owner corporation manager has handled my issue. I do not understand why BCS would have a review rating of 4.3 when I read the overall review, maybe it could have been just my owner corporation manager (Jeraldine) who has been placed to manage my oc last year. She is not helpful and arrogant. I sent out three emails since Oct. To date, there is no response, other than sending me more bills to pay.

Also owner corporation fee has doubled since, and extra levy of of $1556.99 has been charged last year. When I made enquiry with regards to the extra charges, it was responded with distain and unhelpful. I am truly disappointed in my owners corporation manager.

Very happy to have engaged with BCS' Strata Manager, Natalia F who is courteous, professional, patient and very proactive. I look forward to continuing our excellent working relationship. She's an asset to the BCS team.

When you come across an excellent Body corporate manager, it needs to be acknowledged. Our building is lucky enough to have Kali looking after us. She is always efficient, effective and professional to deal with. I can't speak highly enough of the service she provides.

BCS has been our owners corporation managers for several years and has at all times maintained an excellent level of service and professional assistance. Our previous and current managers in particular were/are highly proficient and proactive. I highly recommend BCS for your body corporate requirements.

Although Natalia Fraser had recently taken over management of our strata, she was up to date with previous issues. She was proactive and efficient in dealing with our insurance claim.she was very personable on the phone

BCS has been the property manager for the 4 unit development since 2001. I have never had any issue with BCS's management over this time. Noelle Burden has been looking after the owners coporation for the last 5 years and she is always responsive to my queries and issues.

Colin Milson is a real asset to BCS. He is the best strata manager we have had, is very committed to his job and often goes an extra mile in managing projects, sourcing contractors and solving on-going problems. He is an excellent facilitator in strata meetings. He attends to arising matters efficiently and listens to suggestions. Listening is a very difficult skill so my special appreciation goes to Colin in this respect!
Recently I was very impressed when I needed a contractor to attend of an urgent job and Colin acted promptly and efficiently.

Andrea Pluckhahn has been looking after our property for several months and has been wonderful in her persistence and professionalism in addressing an issue we had been having difficulty with for a number of years. I highly recommend BCS Strata Management and Andrea in particular.

I just wanted to acknowledge the service of Bronagh McDermott our Strata Manager. I am on the OC as Finance Chairman and have dealt with Bronagh for a number years. Having worked with a number of Strata Managers over many years I have found Bronagh to be one of the best. Her knowledge and guidance certainly assists me and and the OC in managing our apartment complex. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bronagh if you are looking for an excellent Strata Manager.

During the time that BCS was the body corporate manager of the building which our apartment is in, Veralin Ferraro has provided exceptional service in promptly answering to our queries and following it up until resolved.

Chris Burnett, Scott Morton & Rezwana Sultana are excellent OC Managers. Responsive and helpful. Chris in particular is very proactive.

Fiona has been great at following up and resolving issues. She has great communication skills and is always prompt in her responses. I feel lucky to have Fiona as our strata manager.

BCS promptly respond to maintenance, and i feel comfortable with the management of the Apartment
