This is my first experience with dealing with body corporate services. I have previously owned my own titled property.
I have heard many disappointing and conflicting issues with body corporates.

Our Owners Corporation has used BCS for the past few years and during this time they have provided excellent service to our OC.
Our property has a number of particularly complex demands, so we rely significantly on our OC Manager for assistance in a wide variety of areas.

Fei Ye is very diligent in his role and always puts his clients needs first.

Fei demonstrates a great deal of experience and expertise in his knowledge of OC regulations and law. He can also foresee potential problems ahead of time that our OC may encounter and proactively makes recommendations in how we should proceed.

Fei has also ‘gone beyond the call of duty’ for us on many occasions and has worked long hours over weekends and evenings to support our OC.

I would have no hesitation recommending BCS and Fei Ye as OC Managers.

Bronagh McDermott Tech Team Leader/Strata Manager, BCS Strata provided amazing service turning around an urgent request forwarded Sunday evening. She organised approval from our OC and notified us first thing Monday. We required approval for laying timber flooring in our apartment with a very tight deadline. Bronagh - thankyou for your prompt service to allow us to make fast plans with our timber supplier and installer.

Our Body Corporate structure is complex and the problems we face are often difficult in type and detail. I can't praise Rylie Vincent highly enough for the quality of her work she demonstrates in helping us find the best way forward. Since early 2016 she has worked with us tirelessly, consistently showing intelligence and depth of knowledge in her work. Rylie listens and follows up. She also has a great sense of perspective and a subtle sense of humour - absolutely necessary at times. We could not ask for better Strata Management. Thank you, Rylie Vincent. Maddie Taylor, Strata Manager is friendly and helpful and resolved the issue I had with the Accounts Dept very quickly.

The service is good. Whatever we require from the management gets organised and arranged in a timely courteous manner.

Kali Lane conducted our first annual Body Corporate meeting this week as our new manager with assistance from Madison.
Kali possesses effective organisational and communication skills and has been extremely competent in her management of our property and the residents for the last 9 months.
She provided detailed Information to members prior to the meeting which enabled us to get through the agenda with few hurdles.
Her manner is warm, considerate and respectful.
She is committed to maintaining good relationships and we are very happy that she is our permanent manager.

As a business owner I find them wonderful to deal with and always professional. I have personal dealings with Ivy Fraser and Jeraldine Lee, and couldn’t recommend them both highly enough.

Very impressed with the service provided by Chii Lee and Julie Whitcroft. They are pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, efficient and always respond quickly to my enquiries.

Our manager Niki Lobo has replaced our previous amazing bcs manager. Niki provides comprehensive communication skills and inclusive efficiency to completion of task and is proficient in her ability to get things done on a timely basis. I have worked as a committee member for 20+ years through bcs and our committee members are delighted with the professionalism Niki presents.

Fiona Tan is providing great services, we are going through the cladding issue and she was great at guiding us through it. She is very responsive to my query which is a great bonus.

We switched body corporate management to BCS and couldn't be happier, especially with Fei who has been an amazing and responsive Body Corp manager, always happy to explain things and progress things as much as possible in a timely manner. I'm not able review the other managers as we have been lucky enough to work only with Fei so far and hope to continue to do so.

Irene is our strata manager, and she had been very responsive and extremely helpful in arranged handyman to come resolve the problem we have in a quick turn around time.

Adrian and Marisa are outstanding! Both are professional in their approach and are well versed on the processes and requirements in managing a Body Corporate Group. Matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly. I feel confident and at ease knowing Adrian and Marissa are managing our group.

Being the chairperson of our OC, I’m in constant contact with BCS Strata Management who have been the Strata Manager of the premises for numerous years now.

As a committee, we have been pleased with their diligent service. Both Adrian and Marissa have looked after us wonderfully for the past few years, and I personally can say that Marissa is a great asset to BSC. She has gone out of her way numerous times, managing various projects, and has always been quick to respond to any queries or issues which may arise.
