Bay City Burrito

Came here for lunch today there was a bit of a wait but we got told about the wait time before we placed our order but the food is worth the wait some of the best Mexican food I have had and there are so many parks close by to enjoy your food. Please keep up the good work.i am a first time customer but I will be back

It’s currently been 30 minutes for 2 tacos and nachos tho I ordered first then another 15 people ordered after WHY ARE THEY GETTING THERES FIRST.been standing outside this LONG

Have been coming to BCB for several years now and are never ever disappointed!

The burritos are always just great, authentic kinda Tex / Mex California vibe.

Generous servings, fresh ingredients and great flavours!

Had a lovely experience today with the owner coming out and just checking on us and expressing his gratitude for dining at BCB.

A great experience, as always, and one which we look forward to having many more of in time to come!

Best steak burrito I have ever had. The freshness of salad full of zing flavour. Steak pieces are tender and generous pieces. The Spanish rice cook to perfection.it is highly recommended. I finished all in one sitting even though is a decent size burrito.

Long time loyal customer but this is the second time I had to wait 45min for a burrito. Won’t be coming back again. You desperately need more staff. At the very least it would be nice if when people order you warn that it could be 45 minutes wait for ordered food! Saw signs looking for staff but it’s been like that for weeks - it’s hard to believe it takes so long and is so difficult to find people to work here with so many people desperate for work now. Seems like management prefers to anger loyal customers by making them wait an eternity for food, rather than pay for an extra wage for another employee to help and reduce wait times.

Terrible customer service! I called to make an order, asked "what Burrito's do you have"? The lady told me she was too busy to tell me, and that I should look at the menu and call back when I was ready to order. I went to another Mexican place.

Food was one of the best meals I have had with nice customer service. Sat outside was shade on a sunny day and enjoyed very much the atmosphere right next to Luna park

The food was good enough but the wait staff were so rude. When we went to order within seconds i could tell the woman was miserable. Im not sure if its just a bad attitude or if this restaurant treats their worker poorly and they hate being there. Either way, a terrible vibe.

I had high hopes for Bay City Burrito since they always seem busy when I walk past, and they didn't disappoint!

We ordered two of the burritos which were such a generous portion size! I was definitely impressed by how big they were - good value for money. They were both flavourful and I'm sure I'll be back to try more of their burritos in future.

My partner and I came here for our anniversary, it's our favourite place to eat, the staff are incredible, the service is always great, the food is amazing. I've had Mexican food in Mexico, and this is equally as good, if not better! Thank you for making our Anniversary very memorable.

Lovely food, excellent burrito and popcorn cauliflower is yum. Choose to have dine in however it was presented almost as a take away meal. These guys have very unsustainable packaging and a lot of it! They really need to take measures to minimise waste and rubbish.

Rude customer service.got asked if I was illiterate just because I couldn't see a sign that was placed in a very hidden area.the food was overpriced and also made me sick.: (- edit: this was at St kilda, 19/02/21.around 3 o clock)

Unfortunately today today the beef was as hard as leather boots and the chicken tasteless
Hate walking away feeling I’ve wasted money

We had the deep fried cauliflower, pork taco and modelo negra. The restaurant was empty, the cauliflower tasted like it was a day old+ and reheated. The pork taco was cold and flavorless. This place used to be good but I won't be returning.

Very nice burritos - pulled pork and Cajun picante prawn - quick service on a Sat before a Palais Theatre show and pale ale on tap. Keep up the good work and will be back!

Food was delicious but they seemed a bit understaffed. Drink took an age to come out, lots of tables left uncleared and the chilli sauce rack was empty. Maybe just a busy time or someone called in sick.

Big Barrito which was pretty tasty. On the spenny side at $18 bucks but you won't need to eat for 2 days. Decent beer selection.

Best burritod in Melbourne ive had for the past few years, i travel for these burritos there just the best! Recomend any mexican lover to go there!

Popped in for a beat. Staff are not looking very happy, after chatting I realize all the staff are being forced to work for minimim wage, no public holiday rates! I would have a face on too.

We need to stop supporting businesses like this! Shame on you!
