Good food at a fair price. If you don't like coriander, you should mention that when ordering. It is found in many dishes.

Third time coming here and many more to come! It's honestly our favorite Mexican with a banging walk to the beach within 10 Minutes. Great price point, even better quality and the nicest service!

What a great place! We were visiting Melbourne and walked down to bayside burritos after reading great reviews.they were right! You should call yourselves bayside burritos and don't forget the kickass tacos!
We were greeted by friendly staff.
I had the street tacos and my daughter had the Cajun burritos. We would have stayed and kept ordering however we were on our way to the Palais.
We also have to mention the Tommy's margarita wow!
We will be back, oh and to the person that made the comment about being cold.drink more of Tommy's margaritas. We would have sat on the footpath for that great, fresh Mexican.x

What a shockingly nasty lady they had serving at the front counter today. Wow not a good look for that business at all! Yuck.

I have visited Bay City Burrito a few times over the years and have always had a good experience. The food has always been delicious - I recommend the pulled pork burrito, nachos & jalapeño poppers (and a jug of sangria if you’re up for it).

Wow, the burrito here. I had some pretty high expectations before coming here, as I’ve been told by multiple people that this place has the best burritos in Melbourne. Those weren’t small claims but the “bay city bomber” burrito definitely lived up to it!

It was actually humongous but so packed with flavor.

We also ordered the fish taco (bowl style) and it was also pretty good, but it was really that burrito that wow-ed us.

If you’re in St Kilda this place is a can’t-miss.

Not bad. From the states so these are definitely a bit different than the street tacos we have. Tacos were heavy and heavy on cheese. Quality of ingredients was fantastic though! I'd recommend it for a quick fix.

Conveniently located at St Kilda, this restaurant has fresh, tasty and good food, that was served hot, was well worth the price and served within good time. We visited during a weekday so the restaurant wasn't very busy. We definitely enjoyed our meal here.

Baby City Burrito have incredibly tasty food, a great range to suit everyone's preference and dietary requirements (try the vegan options!), and the staff are second to none!

Of the two chimichangas we got, asking for one to be dairy free, one was really nice while the other was just rice and beans with 3 small pieces of chicken. There was also inconsistant guacamoli servings. For the popcorn cauliflower, the coating was nice but the cauliflower was slightly undercooked. Came here on recommendation from a friend but felt a bit let down

Food is average but it is very healthier version food here. Staff are super friendly but general cleaning after use of table needs to be done throughly (table was sticky, it could be a it sticky table) I love their interior and there are tables outside and inside. A variety of sauces are available as well as food.some food are not impressed - nacho (wasn't sure of sauce) and something missing in quesadilla but ok.

Probably more than what we would normally spend on Mexican but great food and service. Pay parking near by as is public toilets. Beach and lunapark walk distance. Worth a visit.

? ‍️? ‍️? ‍️ Got to get around these real-deal-fresh-n-poppin-flavour-makers. Get out of your post-covid-anti-social-bubble and get on down for an experience that you won’t find on Netflix. See you there! I am going right now!?

Dined at the Hawthorn location which has unfortunately closed down but great that they are still open in the St Kilda location. Had the grilled lean steak street taco and their signature enchilada style burrito.

The taco consisted of two layers of tortilla wraps with melted cheese and had a generous amount of steak which was flavourful but required a lot of chewing. Sauce was tangy and quite spicy. As for the enchilada style burrito, I decided to have chicken for the protein which was definitely the right choice since it was nice and tender. The sauce topping was creamy and savory, a key component which made the burrito so enjoyable. It was also very filling as there was more chicken then the rice and beans (I'm guessing maybe 70 percent meat inside the burrito).

Overall the meal was tasty and portion size was definitely worth the price. Only minus was the tough beef on the taco. Will need to make another visit to try out some of the other dishes.

Just ordered takeaway at 8: 35pm, Sat 23/7. The guy that served us was really nice, explained there would be a $1 surcharge for lettuce etc.that was fine by us.

As we sat there waiting, we noticed the girl in the red apron was messing around with another employee spraying him with a water bottle. Again, a bit of fun so that’s all good. But then sprayed the water over her hands and it dripped onto the tortilla on the grill. Pretty gross.

It gets better, she has no gloves on, tucks her hair behind her ears and twice rubs her nose and face, then she proceeds to make my burrito dipping her bare, grotty hands into the salads and cheese to place onto my food. Stopping mid way through to rub her apron then continues to make my burrito.

After my burrito is wrapped, she then goes to get a cleaning cloth to wipe down a bench and then proceeds to make another order. Literally not once did she wash her hands or sanitise. Your employees should know not to touch their uniforms, face or hair then touch food. Soo rank.

I made a complaint to Miguel the manager but he literally implied that because he didn’t see it and he was busy that he can’t do anything other then to tell her not to do it again.

So your burrito is going straight into the bin and now I’m hungry and out of pocket. I think the council may get a call as they will probably take my complaint seriously.

Other then this, service was great so that’s the only plus.
