Best shoes I have ever purchased, great for people with feet issues & stock larger sizes. Slowly replacing all my shoes with Bared! Luv them

The shoes here are comfortable and the staff are very helpful. They adjust the fit until you are happy and have a great return policy.

Always excellent service. Staff are knowledgeable about their different styles and feet types so could straight away tell me which styles to try. I always have a good experience when I shop here.

Disappointed, overrated.shoes photo well as per Instagram, but feel cheap in real life and the sell for the widder foot isn't genuine.had high hopes

Nice shoes but customer service is very poor. I sent them 2 emails on the 15th if April and 16th of May 2019. I need some help with my shoes but so far no one has replied to any of my emails? Wouldn’t recommend buying from them

As someone who has terrible feet, I'd been a long term admirer of Bared shoes but never bit the bullet and bought any, mostly because of the price. However, they recently had a sale and I bought two pairs online, and since recieving them and experiencing the comfort, I've realised they're well worth the price.

I love the style, fit, comfort and oustanding customer service by the Bared team.

They've got me as a lifelong customer now - I've decided to only buy shoes from them going forward and I'm already scouting out my next pair.

For those considering whether to purchase, please don't wait as long as I did. Your feet will thank you!

I recently bought 2 pairs online - both very similar in style as I wanted to see which pair looked and fitted better. I chose to keep one and attempted to return the other in-store yesterday. The staff member said I couldn't return it for a refund - only store credit or exchange. I informed him that I wasn't aware I couldn't return a brand new pair of shoes and his reply was "If we refunded everyone's purchase then we would lose all our money" and "It would have been in your email". I was shocked by his response, it felt rude and condescending. I admit I must have missed the fine print (I am from the UK and the online shopping consumer rights policies are different over there) but on this occasion, I felt the staff member could have delivered the message in a less condescending way. Especially as Bared Footwear supposedly prides itself in customer service.

Seriously in love with my boots! They are the berrylium in black. The leather is very high quality in my opinion. Probably the comfiest shoes I ever bought. I think it was something to do with the sole which might absorb a lot of impacts. Ordered the shoes on friday, got them in Sydney on Tuesday morning. Great customer service as well. A very happy customer here!

Love this store, many good options and great for someone with fitted insoles. The shoes are expensive but for me they are worth it. Would definitely recommend for people with feet issues like me but there is something for everyone!
