Bared Footwear Armadale

The staff at Bared are always attentive, great at listening, helpful and show a genuine interest in the customers. I always love shopping at Bared and wearing the Bared shoes. Thankyou for always making me feel welcome, making my feet feel great and look awesome in your shoes and runners.

Fantastic service.
Went into the Armadale store with a minor defect in some suede sneakers I got in October (now December). I live in Adelaide & am in Melbourne to see family, so took the shoes in to see what they could do.
Ellie & Lachie were super helpful and understanding, and sorted the issue immediately and without reservation.
A few years ago we decided to only buy Bared shoes because of their quality and fit, but I’d also recommend Bared for excellent customer service (both online, by phone and now in my experience in store).

I keep coming back to the Bared store in Armadale because l find the staff here extremely helpful both with sizing and recommendations. It was also extremely helpful when a search was made by the staff member assisting me to find out when a shoe that was already sold out would next be available. I love every pair of shoes that l have bought and the latest are no exception.

The staff at this store could not be more accommodating. I come from a fair distance, and I am never disappointed with the service they offer. Plus, the shoes are gorgeous as well. Keep doing what you are doing!

Bared customer service is second to none. Impeccably mannered and extremely helpful staff. The service alone will make me shop here more often! Let alone the comfort and styles of the shoes! Love my canary’s and love my hornbills so much. The canary took a few wears to break in. The hornbill felt like walking on clouds from day one!

Very impressed with the customer service!

I bought a pair of comfortable heels to wear in store, noticed that some diamond settings were pushed in. I called the phone line to check that there is another pair in the same size to exchange in store. Instead the lady over the phone offered to send out another pair promptly and I used the return service to return the other pair without much hassle.

It goes without saying that the shoes are beautiful and comfortable. (Worthwhile trying different pairs as they do seem to fit differently on my feet)

Really, really happy with the service here with Will at the Bared Men's section.

Will was incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure that my shoe fitting experience was perfect, especially for my wider feet.

He even went out of his way to help resolve a previous issue I had with another pair of Bared shoes, and made sure that my experience was the best it could be.

The customer service at Bared is unmatched. I have never encountered a more helpful team of people who really go above and beyond to ensure consumer satisfaction. The shoes are fantastic quality and having a podiatrist consult on the design of the shoes means your feet are well supported. The shoes are beautifully designed and are very elegant for whatever the occasion. I love that I feel and look my best in my Bared shoes.

I have recommended Bared to all my family, friends and colleagues - they too are now Bared lovers. Can’t wait to see what other colours and designs come out - here’s hoping for some pastel pink heels!

Walking into bared is like walking into kookai. There is an arrogance and judgement in the service here and it has not been a once off occurrence. I love the shoes. Hate the service. I have been ignored by staff, they will look at you but not acknowledge you. When asking for assistance they are exasperated at you for asking, throwing shoe boxes at you too self serve basically. The last visit my assistant walked away from me before I could finish speaking. Whilst the last time I went I walked out with 3 pairs of shoes and still love them. I will be seeking out another podiatry endorsed brand. Bared taking pride in the customer service seems to be all talk, no action. Don’t support the discriminatory behaviour.

I recently shopped at Bared Armadale for the first time and I wish I had done it sooner. As soon as you enter, the store is very presentable and clean and the staff there are very welcoming. I have big feet and find it hard to find stylish yet comfortable shoes, Elly (apologies if I got the name wrong) was extremely patient, accommodating and friendly. She made my experience super pleasant and for the shoes.all I can say is they are super comfortable, extremely stylish and they actual fit perfectly! I walked out of the store super happy with my experience and purchases. Will definitely be back again to purchase the other shoes I had my eyes on. Although the shoes are on the pricey side, it is definitely worth it.you won’t regret it!

This was my first visit to Bared on the recommendation of a friend. The store is well laid out and the shoes are displayed elegantly. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and extremely patient while l made my decision and the shoes l purchased are soft black leather with a very supportive footbed. I am looking forward to wearing them!
