Bared Footwear Armadale

I bought some shoes my daughter & I to wear overseas on a holiday. I ordered them 3working days before our flight - they arrived the day of our flight. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery, and quality of the shoes - sadly I had ordered the wrong size. So I rang Bared & spoke to a friendly woman who told me how to do a return. It was all very simple - totally happy with the whole experience!

I was so impressed with the customer service from Ben and Courtney. They made me feel extremely comfortable when I was indecisive about what I wanted, I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or as though I was an annoyance with trying on multiple styles. I ended up purchasing 3 styles online (to earn Qantas points). Ben was helping multiple customers at once and was still very accomodating to me. This was my first time shopping at Bared. Courtney explained the background of the shoes and made me feel confident I was making a great purchase for my upcoming holiday. Thank you for such great customer service! I will certainly be back.

I've bought a few shoes from Bared over the years and without a shadow of a doubt, this is the best retail store i've had the pleasure of visiting. From 10/10 service both in store and online, I can and do recommend Bared to anyone looking for a solid pair of kicks! You will NOT be disappointed!

Shoes are nice but not as comfortable as what I had expected for the money. Frankie 4 are better. The buckle is hard to do up as the velvet fabric is too soft.

I have always loved Bared shoes and already own a couple of pairs - today my partner and I went in-store and the staff were beyond amazing. Georgina was super helpful in the mens section and was so patient with helping my partner find the right work shoe.

Louis helped me with an exchange for a wedding shoe and to say I was blown away with his customer service is an understatement. He listened to all my queries and helped me find the perfect shoe. Not only that, his energy and genuine nature made our shopping experience the absolute highlight of our day!

I bought a pair of Thorntails and due to my foot shape they wore the inner heel lining down quickly. I notified Bared for some advice. They could not have done more with their response. Quickly replacing the pair. When this happened again they replaced it with another more suitable suggestion AND also paid for the other pairs to be repaired. Their customer service and kindness was second to none. It’s so nice to know the quality product is backed to the core. I highly recommend on every level…as they say you get what you pay for. I don't ever post reviews but this is the best company EVER! I ordered my bridal shoes with the shoe clips online and was updated every step of the way. When the shoes arrived, they were a bit too big and the clip wasn't the colour I was expecting. I emailed their customer service department at 7pm and had a response by 9: 30PM. Rachel from Bared sent me out a brand new pair in the size down to try before I sent back the other shoes, so I could make sure I had the perfect fit. She gave me detailed instructions on how they should fit and how to return the clips and shoes when I had made my decision. Not to mention, the shoes are absolutely beautiful, high quality and super comfortable. If you are on the fence - BUY from Bared! It is worth the money!:)

Just bought a pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding and was so grateful for the kindness of staff- my baby was fussing and yet I managed to find a pair of shoes that fit and were comfy. What a win!

As a teacher who is on her feet all day, I bought a pair of sneakers to help with my foot pain. Cannot recommend Bared Footwear enough! Went into their store in the week bought a pair of sneakers. Their customer service was amazing! Then today, I contacted them online as the shoes are still slipping a bit. They were amazingly helpful and sending me complimentary footpads to help with the slipping. Looking forward to further purchases!

This review is about the online store as that's the one I use. Bared's customer service is absolutely phenomenal, I can't recommend shopping online with them enough. Their excellent support makes the process as smooth and risk free as possible. Bared go above and beyond to satisfy customers and their shoes are pretty much all I wear now, so beautifully made, stylish and comfortable! Thanks Bared!

Lovely experience with Louis (hope I spell the name right!) in the Armadale store. They were so helpful in finding a suitable shoe for my wedding and was so accommodating when I wanted to do a swap for a lower heel! Great customer service!

As someone who stands on their feet all day, it’s been quite hard to find funky, fashion-forward orthopaedic shoes and I feel like Bared get this right! They have also really thought about everything in the presentation, what a gift to unpack! The fact that they clearly work hard to reduce their carbon footprint is a massive plus. I also love the fit kit, a solution to get the fit of your new shoe exactly right for you.

As someone who also runs their own business, I can appreciate the clear effort that Bared puts into their product, their process and costumer service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Bared!

My dog chewed both heels of my bared quail flats and Bared repaired them for me. They included a care pack when they were delivered back to me, also sent free by express post.

Nice shoes and boots - purchased a pair of boots online during lockdown - after a 'flash sale' 20% - should have known better and read the fine print. I couldn't even zip them up over my calf - they were ridiculously narrow. Now I'm stuck with a store credit from a store where I don't need any of their shoes or boots. My advise - DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON LINE UNLESS YOU TRY THEM ON IN STORE.

Never have I ever dealt with a company who TRULY puts customer service at the forefront of everything they do. I cannot recommend Bared enough, and the fact that I have 8 pairs I my shoe collection attests to this!
It goes without saying the quality of their shoes is incredible, but beyond that, they go over and above to ensure every customer is happy.
I have troublesome feet after having bunion surgery on both feet, as well as being very flat-footed. Bared shoes offer the support and comfort I need, while still being stylish. I get the more comments on my beautiful snakeskin boots than I've ever had on any shoes!
In the past I've ordered shoes that were not quite the right fit. Bared has sent out another size, as well as a sizing kit (various inserts) at no charge, so I could try both and compare. Then with free return shipping, I sent back the ones that weren't right.
This week, Australia Post delivered my order to the wrong house. Bared has been amazing in following it up and getting to the bottom of it. And despite it being AusPost's error, Bared are sending me another pair of shoes. (For the record, AusPost could learn A LOT about customer service!)

Great customer service and a lot of nice shoe designs that are very comfortable. I always buy my work shoes from here and I have not been disappointed so far.
