My wife and I were there yesterday. It was great. Very well set out area for bigger groups although we were just about the only one's there. Caught some really good sized fish as well. Will have to do it again, my wife caught a bigger fish than I did! Lol. A good day out.

Great fish farm with a kids playground, BBQs, some animals to look at (roos, emus and roaming chooks), and of course the ponds and the lake. Good options I. The ponds on the type of fish and what size you're looking for, from a good plate-size to monsters of the Atlantic took off a star for the entry which I reckon is a bit steep if you're buying fish too. Been here lots of times, the kids absolutely love it and we come home with some beautiful fresh fish for dinner. Staff are super helpful and friendly too.

Really good fish farm for family picnic. There are some friendly animals and also the kids play area. So, the kids and adults both could enjoy.

Plenty of space. Dozens of covered tables with individual gas BBQs. Easy to catch with no experience needed. Everything is provided. If you want a more challenging game then there is a big lake. Friendly staff is always ready to help. You have to pay for everything you catch per kg and that is a bit expensive (supermarket prices).

Great place to spread the day, can't get any better, cost was spot on for the experience. We saved one fish for Christmas day. Bueno!

Still haven't caught anything in challenge lake, but great to spend a day fishing and always go home with a catch

We went to Australia Rainbow Trout Farm for our first fishing experience and I can say this was a great decision, the staff was very helpful, they provide all the fishing gear which is great. At the end they cleaned the fish (which is free) and we also asked to be filleted (which had some cost). I caught one trout almost straight away after starting fishing, this was great as I had no previous fishing experience. There is salmon too but we couldn't catch any, it seems it's a bit harder to catch salmon that trout. You can also cook your fish at the BBQ, just remember to bring all the tools, otherwise you will need to buy everything there (oil, plates, sauce, cutlery, etc)
We also tried the mini golf, this needs a bit of maintenance but apart from that it was really fun.

The fishing side of things were great, the staff were helpful and the fish were decent and healthy looking.
The mini golf isn't maintained at all, probably shouldn't be charging money for it, overgrown course, holes with bricks in them and blocked up.

Fantastic place for kids to reel in their first fish, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Tables and BBQs could do with an update but otherwise a great day out. Be prepared to pay, but fish look healthy and huge and can be filleted for ease. Looking forward to trout for dinner.

Definitely a great place for a family trip. Staff is nice and available all the time. The Fishing experience is great for a first time fisher. Great for kids as there's a lot of areas for them to run and play. Good, CleanBathrooms.

Great place for family gathering. Plenty of fish to catch and very helpful staff - if you can't catch one, let them know and they'll help you get one. BBQ grills are plenty for you to use.

Lots of fish available. Large area for picnics. Can improve on safety of the area where ypu stand to catch fish. They might want to put like a low fencing so that kids can also safely catch fishes. Been here twice in the past year and will return again

Seemed about what you would expect from a trout farm. Not flash but does that the name suggests. Friendly staff at the kiosk and at the fishing shack. Didn't see anyone catch anything at the less well stocked lake but that is what it is for, to give some fishing experience. The golden rainbow trout pond was well stocked and guaranteed a catch. The rainbow trout pond possible less well stocked but some people were catching fish. The salmon pond was the most difficult to catch in. Maybe due to the heat? None had been caught there when arrived later in the afternoon. Everyone who enters the park pays the admission ($7.50) and didn't see any seniors concessions. Facilities showing its age but serviceable. If you want cheap fish get it from the supermarket but if you want the fishing experience this is the place for the kids.

Trout farm was good. A few bbq facilities and kids playground. Don't bother with the mini golf. Looks like it hasn't been maintained for a long time.
