65Extremely disappointed. Signed up 3 weeks ago and then plan changed overnight. No warning, and now left with no internet unless I'm prepared to pay $10 for every 1GB, which is outrageous. Aussie Broadband's solution is I should buy a travel SIM and use that as they can't upgrade me to another plan! I'm changing providers immediately.
I've tried a number of providers but Aussie is miles ahead of the others. Great service and terrific to speak with technical people who know what they are doing.
My internet wouldn't work, turns out my WiFi router was set up wrong. I sent them my router logs and they gave me tech support on how to fix my wifi router.
I was totally blown away, this wasn't their fault/problem, but they still fixed it. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Terrible and misleading staff. Made us pay for an invoice for a service that we are not using not ever used and still blacklisted our company. Do not trust these guys.
Fantastic customer service from day 1. With my previous provider it was a battle to talk to someone and plead for assistance - with Aussie Broadband they go above and beyond. I wish I transferred sooner!
