Aussie Broadband is the best. They are going above and beyond trying to solve an issue that no one else managed to help me with. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, their Support Team is made of superstars. They understand the technology, and won't let go until they sort things out for you.
Aussie has a good set of testing and self management tools that they provide. Love them!

When I was last with Aussie Broadband they were good, now is a different story. Firstly, why have a call back function when no-one calls you back? It cost me a day's work. And not just once but TWICE! Also, repeat dropouts.since rectified by changing providers. Shame, as what was once a reliable company has gone down the gurgler.

Every interaction with Aussie has been a pleasure so far - no upsell or sales pressure, plenty of listening and consultation and great outcomes - couldn't ask for better. I am recommending Aussie to all of my neighbours and friends - life is too short to be dealing with a poor nbn provider.

My first review post of an ISP, and I’m glad to say it’s a positive one. Been with Aussie Broadband for a while now and the value of any service is when there’s a fault and the resolution for it.
We recently experienced an unplanned NBN outage after we saw an NBN tech outside our house saying he’s pulling fibre through the communication pit just off our driveway. It was a weekend of all timing, and we rang Aussie Broadband when we discovered the res offline status on our modem was still there after the tech has long gone.
As luck would have it, our first call to Aussie Broadband customer service was during their own outage with their fault diagnosis system (for 13 hrs!) so they promised they will call back Sunday morning to perform diagnosis before they can even log a call with NBN per the protocol.
I can understand the dilemma & make do with my personal hotspot all evening.
I called back next morning to check on their fault diagnosis system before they called, and luckily they were able to log a fault with NBN for a technician to attend the next morning Mon.
The NBN technician turned up within the timeframe and fixed the problem, acknowledging it was likely due to the fibre pulling on the weekend.
While I feel this outage is unfortunate and preventable with more care, I am glad Aussie Broadband was able to assist in resolving this quite promptly.

New customer here. Ordered the NBN 50/20 plan but the website had trouble processing the Black Friday $10 discount. Called up customer service. Operator (Jessica?) was very friendly and gave clear instructions which were easy to follow. 10/10

When I raised a fault with connection dropping out they dealt with it promptly, and with courtesy. The reason I switched to them (service) turns out to be something they can and do deliver! The fault was all handled through the app, I would get an estimation of how long it would take someone to respond, which was met and when they responded it was with pragmatism. They tested things on their end and when it looked like a bigger issue they raised directly with NBN (who also came out quite promptly). They followed up to ensure I was satisfied for the issue to be resolved before closing the fault. Even though it was all online I did feel like I was in contact with real people, not scripted or AI. All round a really good service that is no-fuss, just gets the job done!

Moved to Aussie Broadband few weeks ago and love so far my ultra fast Internet speed and great technical support that helped me with lot of patience step by step to solve a problem in my router (not provided by them). Best service ever!

Happy with internet speed compared to opposition. Speed was faster in the city with Aussie B than rural as to be expected. Customer service is great. I have had some billing issues, but the staff are so friendly and efficient to work through problems. Reccomended friends and family & all have thanked me or been happy with service. Highly reccomend.

Mostly a good experience, until I kept suffering a hopelessly slow (sometimes less than 1 Mbps) connection. Nevertheless, I would have stayed with Aussie Broadband if they hadn't expected me to wait for them without internet for several weeks when I moved house. I never had to wait particularly long on hold, and the staff were competent.

Just switched after 4 years with another company and sad I didn't do it earlier. Internet is great and so was the service very helpful when setting up our own equipment.

First time nbn user. Spoke to lovely sales staff who explained their service & pricing. Being a first time user I had some questions. The very helpful salesperson put me through to tech support. The person in tech supp.was rude, dismissive & not at all helpful. So I joined up to Dodo. They have much more helpful tech personnel

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service and the app has heaps of features that allows you to manage and test your service. Can't see myself ever changing to another provider not matter how good their 'deal' might be

Amazing knowledge and ability to communicate over the phone. They helped me out connecting a modem that wasn't even supplied by them and filled me with confidence and gratitude in their ability to get me back online quickly. Always great customer service every time I need to deal with them. Would recommend them to everyone!

My mobile aim card failed and they had a new one to me in a few days. The guy at the call centre was very pleasant and solved the problem instantly.
