An outage dropped my internet by night, called the team, staff got back in 1 hour, very friendly and professional, help me solved the issue within 30mins. At this rate everyone will be signinng for ABB. Keep up the good work!
The connection quality is pretty standard, but the service quality is the pinnacle in the industry.
I've been through all the big providers and they can't hold a candle to the incredible service I have received from Aussie. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and patient and their follow up quick and consistent. Couldn't ask for better.
Excellent customer service. Staff member told us exactly what our problem was with lots of alternative trials to establish our modem had died. Now we are installing a new modem and UPS to rectify the problem. The tech support is the best in the business and they are so courteous.
PATHETIC! I'm paying $100 per month for internet that should be at 99mbps but the max I've ever gotten is 50mbps. And its not even at 50 all the time, this morning it was at 10mbps! And remind you I'm paying $100 per month for it! Also they promise an Aussie support team but the person replying to me had terrible English! Probably a man working in a sweatshop either in Delhi, India.or somewhere in Nigeria. Shame on you Aussie Broadband! Also not to mention the internet cuts out all the time!
I've been with Aussie over 12 months. Their service (both Staff and Internet) has been FANTASTIC. I have NO complaints whatever.
Outages during the storm due to power lines being down Aussie as always prompt and helpful on informing us and getting everything back up ASAP - keep up the great work guys!
I had to call customer service on a Sunday after moving home regarding my new modem not working. Sam was fantastic and spent 30 minutes talking me through the whole process as I was setting it up on my tablet. Fantastic support. I am very happy with Aussie broadband

Had to switch from belong 1 day after moving in; the process was simple and easy (even dealt with belong for me), great prices, have had literally 0 problems. Love it!
Love the service. So easy to migrate from my previous telco. Speed is consistent and I am actually seeing the speed that I am paying for in my speed test. Which is a far cry from my previous telco - Optus nbn. Customer service were very pleasant to talk to. So i am absolutely going to recommend Aussie Broadband to all my friends.

After getting frustrated waiting on the phone for an hour for another large telco and then I could not understand to person I was talk to.
I decided to give Aussie a go and their service has been unbelievable.
Aussie phone system tells you where you are in the que and I have never waited more than five minutes. And everyone is so helpful.
Couldnt be anymore stoked with aussie! Just rang up to relocate my services and didnt even get to here a dad joke they answered that quick and the phone call was done and dusted in 3 minutes! The only regret i have is wasting years of frustration and arguments with telstra!
Best service provider I have dealt with in Australia. There is always more work to do to improve but Aussie Broadband deifnitely cares and will try to assist where they can
I'm a captive (of sorts) customer on the NSW South Coast. I find them unreliable and slow with a lot of outages. Like most resellers, they blame their bad service on other factors. The only thing that works seamlessly is their billing. I strongly recommend against them.
UPDATE: just switched to the equivalent plan on Telstra. From Day 1, and every day since, it has been substantially better.
DO NOT USE AUSSIE BB! FELIX MOBILE 4G 35 UNLIMITED DATA AT 25MBPS PEAK. ITS A NO BRAINER. NBN IS DEAD IN GROUND. TAKE YOUR INTERNET WITH YOU!

Constant drop outs happening daily/weekly.
The issue never gets fixed!
"Never a problem on their end".
Talk of compensation for the outages but no follow through from Aussie broadband.
If you want a very unreliable internet service then sign up for Aussiebroand.

There were 45 drops outs yesterday.
Don't sign up for them if you live in Melbourne. Most Melbourne people are having similar problems. Just read the comments or look at my pictures.
