I'm giving you 1 star because I paid $20 for an express service for my modem but it didn't come in a day why provide a service if you can't provide it regardless it doesn't matter if I ordered it at 7pm I expect it to be here by 7pm the next day not happy

Love Aussie road band but disappointed that you don't get any discounts for paying yearly, that's not a positive when trying to get people to pay annually

OMG how impressive! I was with another provider and my internet went down this morning. After spending two hours on the phone they told me sorry bad luck. I contacted Aussie Broadband at 11.30am, signed up and by 1pm I was connected! It’s working perfectly!

I moved from another local provider to Aussie Broadband about 2 months ago. I had a couple of phone services as well as our NBN connection to move across; all of which was done seamlessly. Since then the connection has been very solid and not had any issues. "It just works" is perhaps the best recommendation I can give - the speed and reliability has been fantastic so far. I'm on a 1000/50 NBN plan.

Since the switch to Aussie Broadband a few years ago, they have consistently provided a high quality NBN service. On the rare occasion I have had to contact their customer team, they have always been helpful, even if the issue was not on their end. The network speeds have been great and during covid lockdowns they have provided free daytime data to support working from home which makes life easier. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service received. My FTTC connection was switched off in error by ABB. I can accept mistakes happen, however it's the 25 days and 10+ phone calls to get it resolved that are unacceptable. I don't feel as if my frustration and request for urgency was taken as seriously as it should have been until I made a TIO complaint and dealt directly with the NBN escalations department. ABB say the delay to have the service restored is NBNs fault and NBN says its ABBs fault, all I can confirm is that the issue wasn't resolved until I involved both the TIO and dealt with NBN directly. I would have involved them quicker if I knew that is what was required.

Edit: to ABBs credit they did provide me 1 months credit for their mistake, I had accepted this on initial contact when I was assured the issue would be resolved in 4 - 12 hours. Had I know it was going to drag on 25 days I'd have rejected the credit and switched right then.

Outstanding.in the 12 months I have had the NBN Home superfast package I've had zero issues with speed, outages, interrupted service, anything. Optus and telstra couldn't offer me any good packages with the FTTP box that we have so it felt like a waste. They couldn't even muster together a loyalty deal despite being with optus since my first ever mobile.
Ditched the idea of both and went with Aussie broadband. They even sent me a free 6 month upgrade to there NBN Ultrafast plan 600Mbps for being with them for 12 months. Good on them keep up the good work. This is how it should be done.

Aussie Broadband is absolutely amazing! I have never been happier with any provider of any utility ever!

Amazingly helpful customer service, fantastic tech support that speak on the level of the customer! What more could you want?

Oh, also they provide faster NBN than the companies that own the majority of the infrastructure at a reasonable price!

Updated: After 6 months of using Aussie Broadband, I can honestly say, my thoughts haven't changed. I now have even faster internet after upgrading my modem and all the cabling to CAT6, at the recommendation of Aussie Broadband. The second photo is after the upgrade. That speed is the slowest I got. Definitely not bad at all!

Now wants money upfront. Did not communicate this just cut me off with no internet. Imagine going with no internet!

Used to be flexible with payment but now does not allow any credit.

I switched to Aussie Broadband after being with Telstra for over 10 years (they were the only ISP in my remote location) when the NBN was rolled out finally. The switching over process was quick and easy.
Aussie has a great mobile app that lets you do all sorts of things like see your service details, make payments and talk to their support team, which all works smoothly.
I write this review because I recently had a problem with my NBN and had to get in contact with Aussie's support team to fix the problem. Oh boy, was I pleased, every person I spoke to was friendly, understanding and clear in their explanations. They were able to figure out my problem and got a NBN technician out to my property to fix the problem on the DPU. After the problem was resolved they even compensated me for the ~week of internet I was without and credited my account which was above and beyond what I had expected.

I love the Australian tech support team and their business practices are second to none. Don't settle for other ISP's just because they’re $10 cheaper a month.

Where have you been all my life!? So glad I made the switch. Aussie activated a new connection within the hour after completing the sign up. Customer service is impeccable, answering all my technical questions. Its refreshing to deal with a business that just gets it so right. Kudos to you Aussie Broadband!

I searched for the best internet provider and it seemed Aussie Broadband always came up near the top. I spoke to them and was given all the details without any push to sign up.
They have great plans without huge cost so I signed up anyway. I have been absolutely satisfied with the service provided by staff and my internet speed is far greater than I have experienced before. I have run speed tests on a number of occasions and find my speed is usually over 60 mbps. Sometimes I get much lower speeds of around 18 mbps, but that matched what I had achieved with other providers.
If you aren't using Aussie you are paying too much and/or putting up with slow internet.

I have been with Aussie broadband a little less than a year and they are by far the best internet provider (I've been with a few). The customer support team is Amazing! Last night our internet went down and before I had even noticed Aussie had notified me of the outage and kept me up to date though the entire process. I didn't have to contact them at all, I think that is awesome support.

Iv'e been with Aussie Broadband for two years now. Absolutely amazing! I wish I'd come to them from the beginning. Seamless transition from a competitor and very friendly sales staff who knew what they were selling. I had to call their tech support once. I spoke with a very patient Australian who politely indicated I "may have" dislodged one of the cables from my modem. Upon inspection, indeed I had. My service has been flawless and I could not be happier! There's no other choice for NBN, do not waste your money on the others.

Great service and lovely staff, always so helpful. They have been extremely supportive during lockdown, offering their NBN customers with free unlimited data to help with working and studying from home. They sold me with their dad jokes instead of hold music, I think that is now gone, but loved it when it was around.
Happy to pay that tiny bit extra to support a business that supports you back!

I've been with Aussie Broadband for a few months now and I'm so happy with their products and services. My internet is amazing, their customer service is impeccable and their app is great. Highly recommend!
