Attica was an amazing experience! Food was delicious, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely!
My favourites were the starter dish, pearl oyster meat, the killer salad and creme brûlée tart with finger lime.
The grapefruit and emu berry mocktail was amazing as well!
The green ants were also surprisingly tasty!
One of the best experiences was going on a the walk, the warm tea mocktail was delicious and the Cosy atmosphere with the open fire and cold night made it unforgettable.

Great food and great experience. Definitely worth the hype. If you’re thinking of booking just do it

Attica is not just fine dining. It's a magical journey for your senses. The twelve courses were expertly prepared with every detail designed to heighten the experience, from each flavour to the cutlery. I strongly suggest the pairing option especially the non alcoholic as every drink is house made to perfection to suit the dish. The staff were amazing, our every needs tended to and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Some of the dishes seem simple but the flavours burst through and surprise your pallet. The dessert journey is perfect. It not only allows you to move around and make room for your last few dishes but is an art exhibit as well. It is an experience of a lifetime.

Usually I rate quality/price but here this is not really possible. The food was outstanding and probably the best course I ever had. If it's worth the money depends on you. I still want to write something useful so: 1. We had non alcoholic drink pairing. The drinks were really good but given that the meals already had so many flavors it was not really necessary. So you could save some bucks here. 2. Due to an allergy my wife had the Salt Bush Lamb instead of Marron. It was her favorite dish and apparently it was the signature dish a while ago. If you are not totally into seafood you could think about swapping that too.

When we ordered Attica at home we knew it would not be the same sensory experience as if we were to dine in the restaurant. But 75$ dollars for this is just a reap off. Average meat quality, dry, not enough rice and just pure disappointment all around.

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the creativity and taste of the food here! I had such high expectations and it surpassed them hugely. I had the vegetarian menu, and my partner had the standard menu.despite the different dietary requirements they managed to create such similarity and symmetry between the different foods, it felt we were enjoying the same food. So amazed by the use of all Australian native ingredients, was such fun trying so many tasty things for the first time. Super full by the end of the 12courses. Highlight was the baked potato potato and the caramelised sourdough. The dessert in the backyard at the end was also a beautiful addition.

The staff are also what made the experience so joyous.every single one was attentive, friendly, smiley, just genuinely nice throughout the whole time we were there. Such high positive vibes!

Will 100% be back really recommend

Usually I'm not one to write a "bad" review but I personally didn't enjoy Attica as much as I thought I would. My friends and I sat down at 7: 30pm knowing it'd be a 3hrs course however we left the restaurant by 11: 30pm for a Tuesday night. There were a few fun and interesting dishes but nothing really stood out for me. For desserts we had to walk out to the back in the cold (thank god for those heaters). Overall, very slow food service and roughly spending almost $400pp on food and drinks leaving us disappointed, we were not impressed; very upsetting our experience was so, don't think we'll come back.

On a positive note, I must say customer service was pleasant, everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Absolutely love this place, the service were great, super attentive to details. The 12 courses are very filling, walking out super full. Love that green ants caviar. Love that little tour at the end for dessert. Great place for special occasions.

Wowww 2 hours wait for the food that wasn’t even great. The waiters was terrible she didn’t give no attention or nothing to it. I don’t wish nothing bad on nobody but for the money spent was terrible. They was probably having a bad day but we are not from here so we were expentjng better.

I was looking forward to this restrarant so much and it was a real let down. The food did not wow me and they served a dish with a potato that was so plain and mundane and then to top it of one of the desserts was a tiramusu which was super plain and they gave 1 to share which I think was absolutely disgraceful especially paying $320pp, the overall degustation menu was not worth it and ambiance was a dark room and no view of anything. I would rather go to a winery like 10 minutes to tractor then get ripped of here

Attica is not only an amazing culinary experience, but a fascinating cultural tour around traditional ingredients used by the first inhabitants of Australia. The tasting menu is full of surprises and the presentation very ambitious, which on occasions require a bit long waiting times. However, the experience was ver rewarding and the staff amazing. Without doubt, the best restaurant of Australia and one of the most interesting menus in the world. I wish I lived in Victoria to come back soon.

I absolutely loved the menu. Australian products presented in a delicious way. A must to go, it is ranked as the number one in Australia and I agree with this.

Nice food and good presentation, but they have got caught up in their own hype. Staff a bit disengaged, but were perhaps just having an off night. Would still go again to try some other dishes.

From the amount of pictures that is added you can tell that it was an inspiration. For the moment arrives the moment you left you knew that this was something special. A 15 course meal as it turns out is the perfect number to be perfectly content.

This is a meal you experience, more than eat. Trying native flavours, and indigenous inspired course's where an inspiration.

This is a 'Bucket List' tick.

Our 15 course degustation with matching wines was faultless. Every detail from the cutlery to individual ingredients in a dish was linked to a common and meaningful theme. An unexpected and exciting night more closely reassembling art and theatre than your usual white table cloth restaurant. Incredible how wholly locally sourced ingredients can be prepared so creatively and deliciously. An amazing experience and proud that we have this world-class restaurant to call Australian.

Had high hopes for this place. It is definitely a "theatre" experience. All the bells and whistles of fine dining.

That's about it. Was really not impressed with the food. You're so full after the dining experience but you can't help but leave and feel dissatisfied. Everything is just okay. Not worth the price in the slightest. Even dessert lacked taste and appeal. We even got a chocolate lava cake that came out for our friends birthday and it was so poorly done, you could taste the egg in the cake.

The place is very fancy and my server was really friendly. You won't be disappointed in the menu and service. Definitely worth a return visit.

My mother and I went on the tram for the early dinner. The host for the evening was very entertaining and kept us laughing the whole time. Catered for us happily as we are both vegetarian. We did however feel the route taken was a bit odd and would have liked to go around the city rather than out to St Kilda.

It's pleasing to see the showcase of Australian produce at the world's top 20 restaurant - from alligator to kangaroo to ants - but I have to be honest and say that some of the dishes were just too adventurous for me while others were just too bland. It seemed like this restaurant placed too much emphasis on using surprising ingredients and not enough emphasis on flavours and techniques. I enjoy testing my culinary boundaries but I didn't feel like this experience delivered on my expectations. What I can say is that I enjoyed the experience but I don't think I really enjoyed a lot of the food. The service, however, was top-notch.
