Dodgy business. I received $750 gift card from Nissan for photoshoot. When I call the artist photographer they gave incomplete information to keep us confused about the pricing. When we had the session they asked us thousands to pay for few photographs. Once we refused to pay they started to offer other payment schemes which were also confusing and dodgy. After all the efforts they gave only 8x12 photograph unframed after two months against $750 voucher. Extremely disappointed.

I took my Labrador here for a portrait with myself. The photographer and staff are friendly, relaxed and very inviting. Their level of professionalism is only exceeded by the absolutely stunning creativity and emotion that is captured in photos for years of enjoyment to come. I highly recommend booking a session with Artist Photographer.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. All the staff were so professional and friendly. Amanda was our photographer and she was so patient in calming down our over excited fur baby, doing everything from barking like a dog, to waving treats around in front of him! The photos that Amanda managed to capture were incredible and better than I could have imagined!

The good experiences started even before we had taken any photos. The team were so friendly and professional in every aspect. From start to finish the level of details showed to capture creative and unique shots was amazing. The only problem we have encountered was choosing our favorites, because there were just so many beautiful shots. If I could give 10 stars I would. I would recommend Artist Photographer to anyone who wants the same.

My husband and I along with our 2 golden retrievers were made to feel very welcome. Relaxed and fun photography. We had the help of Maddie rustling bags of dog treats to get the dogs attention which worked perfectly. No pressure to oversell and we have been promised our photo will be ready before Christmas.

The entire experience with Artist Photographer was wonderful. The photo shoot was lots of fun, our initial nerves quickly passed, our photographer helped us to relax, was open to suggestions and gently managed our large group of adults and children, leading us into poses and arrangements that worked beautifully. The process of choosing the final images was difficult as there were so many beautiful shots to choose from. Mark was incredibly patient throughout this session, allowing time to consider, reconsider, rationalise and eventually settle on a set of images I was very happy with. The images we now have of this moment in time will be treasured forever.

Lovely place and people, with a good setup. You won't be disapppointed with the end result or the service, but be sure to understand the process and pricing before commencing - the costs will surprise some people and you may only find out once you have your heart set on a great photo.
