Really disappointing you phone and say I have won a prize but one of my family members does not want to be in the photo so you wont honor the prize with the other members.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the artist photographer at the Langham studio in Melbourne. The whole process from making our booking, the photo shoot and our ordering appointment was absolutely fabulous. Rebecca completely understood what I was after and we couldn’t be happier. What a wonderful experience! Our photographer Sarah was absolutely amazing and made it a fun and joyful experience for myself and my puppy Harry and, this showed in the beautiful photos. From the valet parking at the Langham to the receptionist in the studio, everyone made it a lush event to remember. Rebecca was brilliant with helping me choose the final photo and, I am looking forward to smiling at the gorgeous portrait of my furbaby and I for many years to come.

It was a fantastic experience. Darren the photographer made me feel very relaxed as did the other staff members I dealt with to make the booking and to select the photos. The photographs were stunning. As a single person it was a great experience. Something special for myself

We recently had some family photos done at the Langham including our kitten Dewey. Sarah was great at capturing Dewey at just the right time (which was a challenge with a curious kitten). We had so many to choose from when it came to our meeting with the Art Director Rebecca but with her expertise and help we managed to find 5 fantastic photos that capture us as a family. Thank you Sarah, Rebecca and the team at Artist Photographer for a lovely experience.

Amazing experience- Lisa was super helpful, and the professionalism of the team was on display as they timed their images perfectly to capture amazing shots of our family, including our 3yo and 1yo!

Rebecca was equally as professional when taking us through the process of arranging our images and what will go to print.

We haven’t yet received our final portraits yet, but based on the proofs, we cannot wait to see them! Lisa the photographer was amazing with our 3 kids who were not on their best behavior during our studio session to say the least. And Rebecca the Art Director who helped us determine what photos / sizes / finishes we wanted was fantastic, and not pushy at all which I was concerned about beforehand. Highly recommend.

Darren the photographer who captured my family images was so gentle & nurturing well beyond any expectation I may have had. My family had portraits taken at the Langham Hotel. We made a wonderful day out of being in the CBD. We were nervous, but the staff were patient and explained everything well along every step, so we were able to get a beautiful natural end result. Got the canvas on the wall today, and couldn't be happier. We'll worth the wait. The images will be treasured for decades to come.

We were running late to get to the studio with a hail storm. They understood our situation and waited for extra time for us.
Amanda, the photographer knew that my partner did not want to take a photo and tried to make a more comfortable atmosphere with small talks and jokes. She understood my needs and preference and put them in the photoshoot.
Rebecca, the director helped me a lot to choose the best photo we took. Considered where to display and which one shows more meaningful or connection. Without her suggestion and advice to consider, I wouldn't know what I like or what to choose. Also well-considered with my budget. I cannot wait to see the photos on my wall. Hopefully, I will go back with my growing family in the future

Our family absolutely loved the experience with Artist Photographer. Our photographer - Darren was incredibly patient with our anxious and loud pup, and not only was he skilled in what he did, but he took the time to get to know us, and made the experience so much more personable and enjoyable. The arts director - Rebecca, who spoke to us after the photoshoot experience was just as energetic, understanding, and professional. She was so calm and accomodating, and was honest in the advice she gave. The team here really do take the time to walk you through each step, so that you find and keep something that you will love forever! They are professionals and passionate about what they do, but will always do right by their clients and advise accordingly. We were so lucky to have been able to get this once in a life time experience with Artist Photographer!
