My cat and I had a photo shoot at the Geelong studio. Amanda, our photographer was excellent at making Moana and myself comfortable and worked with Moana which relaxed my cat. Great photos and the end images look fantastic on my wall. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful and unserstanding.

Would recommend this company for an enjoyable photo experience. Both myself and my daughter aren’t overly comfortable in front of the camera, but we were made to feel so at ease, even when my daughter had had enough. And the experience of going through and choosing the final photos was fantastic. No pressure to buy beyond my voucher, which was great. Cannot wait to have my beautiful memories hanging on my wall. Firstly, the Langham hotel is a beautiful setting and you really feel looked after from the moment you walk in. We had our family portrait taken by Darren and he was just wonderful at putting us all at ease and getting exactly the shots we were hoping for, especially of our 2 young boys!
All the staff were lovely and helped us to narrow down our favourite shots and pick a package which really suited our needs and our budget. We’re really excited to pick up our finished products when they’re ready:)

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Artist Photographer at the beautiful Langham Hotel in Melbourne. Their lovely staff went out of their way to ensure that it was an experience to remember. The session was for my puppy and I, she loved the attention and experience as much as I did. I had trouble trying to select the final photos that I wished to use as they were all so fabulous. Artist photographer is without any doubt the best family portrait photographer in all Australia. The quality of their art pieces will be our most cherish legacy we will hold forever this and next generations to come. We bought his biggest size for our home as well as beautiful aditional portraits of the children in big sizes. If you are looking for absolutely the best, then this is your portrait studio.

We were lucky enough to win a family portrait with our dachshunds at Artist Photography. The whole experience was fabulous. Amanda, our photographer, was amazing - she made us feel comfortable - not an easy task for 15 year old triplets AND managed to get 2 unruly puppies looking at the camera.
Afterwards we met Rebecca who took us through the photographs and explained all our options. She was incredible! So helpful and caring - she guided us through our selection and made the whole process very easy.

We fell for it hook, line and sinker. We should have asked more questions but when you get an email saying you won a "$3,000 photoshoot" you tend to think you will get a lot of bang for your buck. Nope! 2 hours of family photos and going back to "view" the photos only to learn that in that prize you get ONE PHOTO. A photo that was valued at $2,000. Disappointed is an understatement. To buy any other photos the cost would be $1,000 each. No, didn't make a mistake with the zeros. It seems that working in Richmond means that they can charge you for their weekly rent. We left with a "free" group shot and all the other photos were left behind. A waste of time. In the end we went home and took photos in the back yard. The family was already together so we figured we'd take the photos on our phones and charge other family members $1,000 a photo. At least we can laugh about it now.

My kids and I, along with our furbaby had a fantastic experience at Artist Photographer. We were treated so well & our photographer knew just how to capture our quirky, handsome furbaby. Thank you so much everyone and we can't wait to receive our photo image!

We went to Artist Photographer in February for our family portrait with our 2 and a half year old and 14 month old. Neither of them wanted to cooperate however our photographer was so patient, friendly, and had so many suggestions of different things to try. When it came to picking our photos, we did not feel rushed or pressured, and were really happy with all the options that were offered! Definitely recommend Artist Photographer, especially if you have young children!

We won a gift certificate for a family portrait with our French Bulldog and Artist Photographer far beyond exceeded our expectations! From booking in our session, to selecting our portraits, the experience was amazing and felt very luxurious! Our photographer was extremely patient as it was a rather muggy day and our boy was getting quite flustered and wouldn’t sit still. It was a bit of a challenge to photograph him but we got the perfect shot in the end and our family portrait is us to a T and we are completely in love with it. We loved our experience from start to finish and highly recommend the team at Artist Photographer to capture the perfect memory.
