I WOULD GIVE 1 STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS APPLE STORE, THIS GIRL SIV OR SHIV WAS ABSOLUTE HARD TO DEAL WITH, SHE WAS FIGHTING WITH HERSELF.
Was sent away for an iPhone battery replacement that I was willing to pay for. Was told I would have to wait 1.5 hrs for a spot and that the repair takes 2 hours for a battery replacement. Always have had poor customer service from this store. All apple sell is overpriced products and they can’t even justify it with their service anymore

Mostly knew what i wanted but the girl was very helpful in the final decisions, fast friendly service.
This is one of the larger retail centres in the outer Eastern suburbs. Practically any retailer that you want to find is in there. The floor plan is convoluted by design and there's no real flow to the centre itself. Parking is a frustration as it's just not viable for what they have there. This causes massive congestion to the arterial roads around this facility.
Customer service is aweful here, very rude and arrogant staff in this store, for Gods sake you guys are there to treat every customer like a customer not like your servant, i wish all apple products go to hell
Very rude, very bad customer service infact there are more employees than customers and no one bothers to look after the customers i wish i had a job in Apple store for just standing and staring at people you get paid, my dream job, please Apple give me one job
I agree with all the negative reviews i was served by a girl her name was siv may be i m spelling it wrong way but thats what she said when she introduced her self, she was very rude very arrogant employee or maybe she was the owner of the store because a normal employee doesn’t treat a customer like this I would never go to any Aple store again i have already changed my phone to Samsung
Issue: Product was covered under warranty, however Apple staff refused to service warranty. Complaint now lodged through consumer affairs to action.
Service: Staff were condescending and showed absolutely no value to customer impact & time.
Definitely reconsidering any future Apple product purchases.
Buy a product 2 years ago from Apple.pushing us upgrade software once I upgrade it damage my hard drive.then I go to the Apple store they said they can't help sorry.
Absolute disgusted with their customer support, close the shop mate if you cant behave your self, or go and find another job, i dont want to name you but you know it, please do not treat customers like this again.
Bad customer service is a pure example of this store, i was served by this girl Siv or seev, she was filled up with rudeness and bad customer service i wonder how she passed the entry to work with big brands.
Firstly being the geniuses at the bar, they powered on my water spilled MacBook pro, it was on for a good 10-15 minutes for diagnosis. This has definitely caused more harm to my logic board or other electronic parts.
Technician already showing me the parts I needed to replace for my laptop before even doing any diagnosis or opening it up to inspect. That is very foolish.
Ok so customer service 101 - if you are selling a product and a customer asks about the features you don’t respond with “you will have to buy it to find out” then all the staff laugh when you leave. Disrespectful, arrogant and extremely rude. Enjoy working on retail hahaha
