77Best apple store, can not fault this store at all, i went in the other day to get a new laptop I was served by merisa she was absolutely lovely so friendly took the time to help me make a decision, ended up getting a new watch too and a couple of other things, she took the time to help me and give me all the information on the products.shout out to Vince mark and Tom who have all helped me every time I’ve gone in the past couple of months

Visited with my sister as she had appointment. Still had to wait half a hour after appointment time before we were served. Counted 5 staff walking or standing around in that time. Given the standard phone checks n told they can't find and issue with phone. Wasted time n travel.
This store continues to evolve. It just gets better. I'm an Apple convert for some years. The service here is impeccable. Never let me down. Highly recommended.
Sold me a MacBook pro with a bad keyboard which I bought in 2018. The keys starting falling off the keyboard after 2 years which made the typing experience unbearable. This is why they started the 4 year replacement program. They did not communicate this program effectively at all after admitting fault. Their own staff didn't even know about the program when I went to the store and the salesperson rejected my request very quickly and misquoted their own policy to me.
Update:
The next day I was thankfully able to see a tech genius who kindly agreed to cover the repairs without any cost to me. Moral of the story is to ignore the floor staff if they reject you, they can be very incompetent. Contact Apple whenever you have an issue no matter how small it may seem, the culture amongst a majority of its staff is to really make customers feel taken care of even if it means going that little bit extra.

Really bad service. They can’t manage customers. I was told at entry they were too busy even though there were enough staff just strolling around. I would have actually bought a product that day.
Went to order my new Mac Studio However, i didn't want to schedule an appointment to pick it up as id rather pick it up ASAP. Decided to call up and ask if I could come into the store and buy it there, a staff member said "that's fine" I asked if they would even have enough stock if I came in half an hour as it sold out everywhere else they told me yes they do and that if I get there in the next 30 - 1 hour they will have them.
When I got there they were sold out and couldn't provide any compensation, so I had just been lied to and given false hope, annoyed because of lost time, fuel, especially with the prices at the moment, and tolls paid to get there.
I should've just ordered it online and waited a few hours to go pick it up, but regardless the staff member should not have told me that they'll have them in stock by the time I get there as you shouldn't give hope to customers knowing all well there is a slight chance that it will sell out.
Streamlined customer service. Patient with older person's minimal grasp of technology. I walked out and could use my iPhone 13 within an hour.
Rude customer service…not even busy the store…I tried to ask some questions about the size of the Apple Watch series 7 which I brought online and pick up in store. The person came, left the watch on the table and gone.
They don’t even deserve one star, some staff is really illiterate. My phone is continuously giving warning of temperature thing on screen every day the staff said your phone performing well, come back if creates issue. Book another appointment. I just want to say respect others, value every second. You should understand the term customer service before you choose this job. I hope that guy will understand from my this review J…. N
Thank you to the absolutely wonderful staff (Jayden and the two awesome girls) who helped me with my new replacement iPhone 7 on Friday and yesterday. They organized my new phone, backed up all my data and then transferred everything back to my new phone for me! To say their service is exceptional is an understatement! My replacement phone works like a dream… thank you so very very very much.
Too many staff still a big que outside to get inside not sure why. Why Apple always pretends to be different but in a good way.

Can’t believe this is my first shopping experience at An Apple Store as I’ve always been purchasing iPhones either from signing contracts with Telstra or from Costco when they have better deals. Definitely a smooth and enjoyable experience, the staff were all helpful and equipped with knowledge to answer any technical questions you may have. I’ve traded in two phones and I believe I’ve got a better deal when comparing with online offers.

Very poor service. Had a bad experience when I went into the store to get my iphone battery replaced.looks like team have no much knowledge about service and repairs.
Finally called apple support and booked in at another store to get the battery replaced.
Don’t recommend this store for service and repairs.
Worst experience, totally disappointed, I had few ids, my bank card, drivers license and private health insurance but they kept asking for passport.
