Thank you to Jack who gave exceptional service to my son Finn who was doing an iphone colour swap post-xmas. Thank you also to the store "welcomers" who logged us in given the 30min wait time estimate.
I hate shopping. And the idea of phone shopping right on Christmas filled me with dread.but I was SO impressed with all the staff …their patience, friendliness, the time and attention.and considering how crazy the shops were with frantic frazzled last minute shoppers, the sense of calm amongst the staff was refreshing and i know MY experience there left me feeling calm and very relieved.
The original apple technician was not very knowledgeable, however the other apple staff member that I worked with was amazing! I was very anxious to make a purchase and he remained clam with me throughout the entire process. Thank you James (?)
I've been to a fair share of Apple Stores in the States, Canada, different parts of Europe, and now here and I truly felt like the customer service here was the best I've ever had. I was greeted by Ayma, who was utterly patient and enthusiastic about guiding me through the entire line up of the new iPhones. She was ofcourse extremely knowledgeable on all the nitty gritty technical specifications, but more importantly, she understood the general purpose of each phone. Honestly, all the different models had me feeling a bit paralyzed, but Ayma worked with me, and we landed on the iPhone 14 Pro as the best possible phone for my use and budget. Nothing but my highest of recommendations if you're a fan of Apple products and you are looking to purchase something.
Really friendly staff who made everything make sense. I spoke with Heath who was amazingly kind and was able to make me feel comfortable and in control of the product i was purchasing
I've tried to inform this store 3 times they have the wrong number. It's like they don't speak english.
Hope the person who's watch is being serviced gets in contact because I've now blocked the store number!
Yet another reason I will never buy an Apple product!
The one time i went there i wasnt impressed just buying a cover for something was super expensive and it took a while to be served.
I genuinely don't think anyone who works in this store is actually working - they're constantly walking around in circles, punching buttons into ipads, but when you really look, they're doing nothing of purpose.
As an avid Android user, it makes me sick being in here and seeing a 2 trillion dollar company has the most useless employees of any business I've ever been into.
Absolutely brilliant place to purchase apple products. Staff are very educated and seemingly care about their job!

Poor quality, Poor service, Top price. Will never buy another Apple product again. For the price you charge you should consider paying the people who build your products more instead of investing in suicide nets to catch them.

Bought a new iPhone in store last week, and thought it might've just been a bad day for the consultant who spoke to me and didn't give it further thought.
Called the store today with a general enquiry and was the same. Pretty poor when all I wanted to ask was a question about my phone.
"Hi there, how can I help you"
"Hi, I had a general enquiry I was hoping you could help with in relation to my new iPhone"

We did our shopping for Apple Watch and we were served by this amazing sales guy - Vince.
He is absolutely amazing and suggest the right fit for your need but never intimidated us to buy. I would definitely go back to this guy for any new purchases.

I wanted Apple to know this privately but since there’s no way of doing that I have to share it here.
I recently brought in my laptop that wasn’t turning on. The lady that served me was lovely and after a quick diagnostics she told me that there was no saving it and finding parts could be quite costly. I had had it for nearly 8 years so thought it was time for an upgrade.
However I had to use my savings that I was planning on using for a holiday to go towards a new laptop.
Once it arrived I made an appointment at my closest Apple store to have the SSD card transferred over to the new one.
About an hour later, the technician called to say my old laptop had turned on and it was working perfectly fine.
After offering me a few options I decided to keep the new one.
I guess I’m not angry, I’m just really disappointed that they didn’t run further diagnostics to figure out what was going on and that fact that it was considered ‘vintage’ and the technology didn’t exist anymore it was simply too hard to resolve.
I probably would have bought a new one very soon, but the fact is I could have had more time to save for one and gone away on my holiday. So I’m rather disappointed in this whole situation.
I had iPhone XR which has been showing they mobile data issue, I went there to apple fountain gate with phone working on wifi and they did the reset and I am not able restart my phone, at least I shouldn’t have been gone there to resolve the mobile data issue coming back with the phone which is not able to restart anymore not even with the wifi, they said it’s the problem in the phone to fix that issue it need a part that needs to be repaired to make it functional and unfortunately it’s not functional anymore, really bad experience and to the apple store member please don’t reset if you are not gonna leave the device functional at all
Kieran and Tom were awesome in helping fix on online order and trade in issue. They were extremely patient kind and troubleshooted my problem to resolve it. I really appreciated their efforts and service as I had been to the Chadstone store & called the online store without any assistance given. Thank you!
Terrible service, they keep selling in 1 minute but if you return 2 days old faulty purchase you need to wait 3: 47 minutes and still waiting don’t know what’ll happen, alright specialists couldn’t fix it he said he doesn’t know why
I went yesterday to fix Apple Watch. I had an appointment at 3: 30 I was there around 3: 10 but the guy was at front told me have to go and come back at 3: 30 it’s ok I accepted it. I went back 3: 30 and the same guy asked me to take seat and I was like waited around 30min no one care. How I can accept this? After all the lady was helpful and service ok
