My daughter brings in iPhone 11 for repair cameras not working and flash.ok she does get replacement phone new. Comes home and camera doesn't function Evan on the swapped Iphone 11 absolutely rubbish that's why I stick with Samsung.
Unprofessional crews. They charged my credit card twice. It’s been more around 3 weeks visiting and calling them to return money back but still I am charged for extra iPad! No one is responsible there.

Their so called apple tech DYLAN was unprofessional. Went to store this morning to get my iPhone fixed. Not once he had a courtesy to tell me that I will be losing my data on restoration of my iPhone but his straight and the only answer to fix my phone was to reset it. Did not offer to replace the battery or do any phone update. Nor did he once ask me if I had backed up the data. Thanks to him, not just I lost all my data but also the phone is still not fixed at all. Pathetic service.
Bad service. I went there yesterday for camera and battery problem for my iPhone 7 Plus and they advised me that because the phone is out of warranty so I have to pay 198$ for these two things to fix it and also telling me that it’s not worth to fix this phone. The best thing would be to go for the new phone and also told me that you can go home and think about it and if you want to get your phone fixed you can come tomorrow and we will fix your phone. I went there today and the guy said we don’t have any bookings available for you today. I asked for the manager then THE MANAGER TOM came and I explained him everything thing about the situation that I can’t scan the QR code anywhere I go and people would not let me in their place without scanning the QR code because the camera is not working at all and it’s really urgent you can just fix the camera today and then he said no. Pathetic service you look at other reviews they been asking pensioners the same things GO FOR A NEW PHONE shame on you guys.
It was a second time I bought apple airpods and it might be a mistake because the issue which was happening with my last airpods, the same issue comes in my new airpods. The right side airpod is not working properly. I cleaned it many times with the brush but the issue is not removing. When I visited last time in apple shop at Narre warren they told me to clean regularly to avoid any issue and so on I’m doing regular cleaning but there is no effect.
Better to bring our own couch with you because you have to wait for at least 30-45 minutes just to enter the store and further time to solve your problem

If someone has a reason for having their mask half way down to use face unlock to pay the bill, You don’t have to be rude and arrogant to them, maybe before they pay just ask them that they can’t use face unlocking due to COVID-19. BAD MANAGEMENT
Long wait. Finally spoke to a representative. They said I need to book an appointment. Drove 50km for this, and they were not willing to help under any circumstances.
Rude staff and not very helpful. Got my airpods repaired twice but still having issues hearing from the right airpod.
Poor experience. Prices missing on some products (illegal maybe consumer affairs needs too be advised) requiring you to ask one of the few staff. Product no longer on shelf (like Apple TV) where you could just pick up and buy requiring you to wait for an available staff member. Sorry Apple, as a long long time customer; I just walked out of the store and never made the purchase. Because of your poor retail experience; a guarantee sale was lost as I then begin to think 'do I need it'. A copy of this review will be sent to your head office. So Ciao to the inept manager.
The stuff has no idea. Found more help on YouTube. Im a Samsung person but i thought i give a Apple a go. But i was disappointed.

Great store with friendly staff that go the extra mile to ensure your problems are resolved. During my visit, I came across a customer who was arguing with a very patient staff member that his phone should be replaced, even though his issues had cropped up 3 years after the purchase. I mean, would you go to a Ford dealer and demand a replacement car after 3 years?
Over 12 staff members standing doing absolutely nothing but customers still have a long wait time to be served. Apple makes to much money and no care for customers.

I asked them to reset my iPhone. They told me I have to wait 4 hours for it. I looked around and they had so many staff chatting with each other and walking around doing nothing. So I was pretty upset and I learned how to reset my phone from a YouTube video right in the store. It was finished in 2 minutes.
And the guy who seemed like the manager seem to be so arrogant. It's like he thinks his job saved the world from global warming and now we have to bow down to him.
I'm not an Apple user, so I never go to these stores.but had to today.
Staff were very friendly, well informed and super efficient.
