Always had a good experiance here. Great and very help staff. They have a alot of variety for sofas and bedroom sets.

Customer service is zero.
I bought whole furniture for my house. But when delivery came there was some nut and bolts missing i called and they didn’t care and said you can go to bunnings and buy from there.
The person took my call was very rude.
Bad customer service.

I am giving one less star than my previous rate due to an experience with someone there called Dave. Was introduced to me as the manager. Very unfriendly. Sounded very arrogant. Gave himself a great credit that Amart was giving 25% discount on purchases above $1500. Was about to cancel an order for more than $3000 because of him, but did not want to waste more time shopping around.

Customer services was very discussing, I no longer wanted the bedroom suite from them and the manager Shane was questioning the reason as of why I no longer wanted the product, and was trying to keep the sale if he could do something better in price, very discussing. I didn’t want the product anymore, because of a personal choice. Very very bad service Shane, (manager)

I was attended to by an indian salesman who wore specs. I wonder why Amart hired him. Very disinterested, never bothered to attend to my queries. To the point I had to tell him, 'you seem very disinterested'. I was there to buy an electric recliner. Now I'm taking my business elsewhere. I will not recommend Amart to any of my clients, employees or relatives.

Found what we wanted good price and quality. All staff friendly and helpful. Trish helped us and was very nice and knew what to show us.

Went into store to look at accent armchairs and ottomans. First sales girl more interested in showing me other items I could care less about. Left feeling disappointed but came back awhile later as the store had the ottoman I wanted. Sales girl number two tried one to sell me floor stock that was scuffed unti I insisted on new boxed stock unless she was prepared to discount. I also purchased two cushions which were on a 30% off sale. I didn’t realise calculating basic maths was so complicated and worst of all she still insisted she was correct even when shown by myself on a calculator her error. Another staff member tried to finish my purchase and all the two staff did was disagree with each other in front of me. Extremely poor customer service would not recommend the Shepparton store if the items I purchased were available elsewhere I would have walked out of the store. If there was a rating of 0 that would be my score. Smarten up and teach your staff same basic maths could be a good staff training exercise oh and to listen to what the customer is asking about as they know what they want.

Sold a faulty bed. Bed broke after 4 days of use so we contacted Amart and were offered a replacement. Replacement broke within 7 days.

Went looking for a bed for our guest room. We browsed without being accosted by sales people, then as soon as we looked around for assistance we were approached by Danielle. She helped us to find exactly what we needed at a great price and then even threw in free delivery. Highly recommended.

Never got delivery on time was delayed 2 weeks from when I was promised! Called to speak with a manager was put on hold for so long I had to hang up worst experience buying new furniture!

I have ordered a pair of sofa 2 single recliner and one 3 seater. But the 3 seater one handle top leather swing is different then the other one which looks odd. Waiting to replace it but don't know will they change it or they will ask for delivery money again. Lets see but the staffs are friendly and lots of choice available in cheap and reasonable price.

I ordered a bed, mattress and bedside tables late Dec 17 with a promise they will arrive by the 12th Jan as we are selling our house and we delayed the photographers. Its now the 30/1/2018 and still NO BED - When I phone staff always say it will be here this week, next week MIDDLE OF FEB. I'll never ever buy anything from here ever again!

Big disappointment. Furniture advertised online was not available in store and in store furniture was not available for delivery for weeks.
