Very low quality furniture and unreasonable prices. You could simply go to another furiture store and pay leas for better quality.

Sales Order 642069. Placed an order online for 2 outdoor sofas. Got a message from kings transport delivery date 29/1/21.
No one came no one called on the day.
Next morning amart called and advised we would like to schedule delivery.
Rescheduled to 6th and offered refund of delivery charge for the stuff up they caused. Rescheduled delivery to 6/2/21.
I called on 5/2/21 to confirm if all's well?
Lo behold - they canceled my order all together stating "customer doesn't want the sofa all together".
Frustrating would be understatement. These are imbeciles running businesses.

We ordered and they said we will receive our order within two weeks time that time past and still nothing appeared every time we would call they would say they have it in the big warehouse and say that we will receive them during the week they used that exuse two times and no chairs arrived at our front door.

Good variety but hate the fact that the furniture I ordered will be delivered in boxes (as in IKEA way) that too after 2.5 months!

Amart Furniture Review

We purchased a Settler TV Entertainment Unit from Amart Campellfield about two months back. On receiving the unit in December, there were holes found on the front of the furniture which appeared to be from careless stapling and packing material used prior to delivery. We sent photographs of the defect to Amart, but received a very dry response from their customer service team. We were told that these holes were, “Characteristic to the Settler range and not a manufacturer’s default. ” It’s shocking to know that after paying $800 for furniture which we had seen and approved after going to the showroom, we have to believe that countless holes created by shabby workmanship is considered as ‘characteristic’ to the furniture. This experience not only proved to us that Amart takes quality control rather lightly but also showcased the sheer lack of consideration given by the customer service team to actively understand and resolve our issue. If you cannot meet the quality of what is showcased and promised, do not mislead your customers and then gaslight them with ridiculous justifications when they address issues with your products. I would strongly recommend against buying furniture from Amart.

4 months unrealistic if your looking for furniture especially on boxing day.

Two kids single mattresses delivered in Covid times.
Wasn’t able to inspect them in a store before purchase.
Zero padding. Can’t even kneel on them without feeling the springs.
Called 30 mins after delivery to return them.
We’ve got 7 days to return & have to get them back ourselves.
Renting a Ute & taking time off work to return sub-standard products is unreasonable.

I brought the Chanel bedroom set, which is the Chanelle Queen bed, Chanelle bedside and the Chanel’s tall chest. I WISH I NEVER DID. I’ve had them for 16 months and last night the bed base literally broke in Half which my mum was asleep on it. The drawers of the bedside and tall chest aren’t opening or closing properly. Amart offered me $150 (which I’ve paid over $2000 for) or to fix the problem, they literally told me if they fix it under warranty and I have the same issue again they won’t be able to help me! I am really thinking of dumping the whole bedroom set at their shop since it’s rubbish!

Really annoyed that you can't unsubscribe to their bombarding of marketing emails to me. Tried to go to their customer service area but couldn't send an email unless I had a product code. Could not speak to anyone in person at their Head Office. Your data gets used by other marketing companies and so hard to unsubscribe.puts me off shopping there ever again. They make it difficult so you give up.

Despite the list of negative reviews, we got our dining table and believe it to be of reasonable quality. You do get what you pay for so got to put things into perspective

Bought a dining table from Amart. Their prices are reasonable but I still find something missing about the quality. It’s not quite right but we are somewhat satisfied given we good a good deal

When you give an item 5 or 7 or 10 years of warranty.you should replace the item or fix it specially when you see how much I took care of the lounge that i bought, no tear no stain.but unfortunately they don't replace or fix it and blame it on something else. I will not waste my money anymore.

Found the item I was looking for. But non in stock. Another store has the item, but don't do transfer over. Have wait till next day to ring the other store in the hope they dooo have the one on hand.

My sofa has sunken down from 2 places. All 7 Back cushions are the same. When you sit down you can feel the wooden frame and it hurt the back. Even the person who come to check it he said it need to be fixed or replaced. The sofa has 10 years warranty and i used it for 2.5 years only.the sofa is for $2,179.
I bought so many furniture from Amart this is my first time i claim something and i received a call saying it is normal wear and tear.so what is the warranty for? It is a sofa so the warranty should be on the sponge.with so many competitive companies even online, I never going to buy anything else from there. So disappointed

Absolutely disgraceful service, 've never been more disgusted by company, I ordered an office chair 20 days ago no one bothered to call me with any update I called every single day almost & was told yes it will be here tomorrow yes it's on the truck etcetera etcetera I highly would not recommend purchasing any products from this company. If this is this experience for a chair just imagine if it was a dinning room or bedroom suite. Absolutely atrocious. If I could give it a zero I would
