Ordered tables and dining chairs in April but arrived at the end of Novemer. My lamp table was faulty and damaged. Since then, I have been calling them back and forth. My lamp table was replaced with a new one, but the replacement turned out to be missing foot steppers. Called and messaged 4 times and I was sent foot stoppers 2 times which were wrong sizes. Feeling frustrated called them again and they asked me to wait for their phone call for a resolution. I've been waiting for 4 weeks no call no apologies.

Make sure you don’t forget your phone on one of the couches when trying the furniture as you’ll get accused of stealing it.

Overly expensive, demanding staff, not worth the effort. Range was exceptional but that’s about it… Probably won’t come back

We bought a mattress, 2 pillows and a small desk, unfortunately they had to order the desk, my husband said that he will pick-up the desk when it gets there, they said NO; we are going to deliver the desk for you, even though my husband insisted to do so but they insisted that they will deliver it, few days later we received the desk and we changed our mind about the mattress and decided to cancel the order, we went to the store everything was fine until we learned that they are charging us $100 delivery charges for the desk of value $50! My husband asked to talk to the manager, actually she was the manager, she was so rude and unreasonable with us, my point is if we said we wanted to pick up the desk and your store insisted to deliver it why are you charging us? ! Is it logic to pay $100 for $50 desk? ! Why can't you honor your offer? That manager was so rude in away that made us wants just to leave the store and never come back again.unfortunately we've been the store customers for over 12 years and to be treated like that was really unprofessional and a good way to lose a customer.

The store got decent collection. We bought a decent priced mattress from here. Which turned out to be good. The sales person was very friendly and helpful.

However the store needs a serious facelift. The moment you are in the store. You feel you are stepping into a 90s store. Other issue is that for some mattresses the ETA is 2 weeks whether it's a pick up or delivery

I will suggest not to purchase from Amart.
Bought a sofa from store, there is issues spoke to them few time but no one willing to take responsibility.
It’s still in warranty.
Manager said if you not happy with product we can do much.
Taking this matter to to consumer affairs.

I was talking to some woman in store and she hung up on me when I was complaining about the item delivered to me this morning as I was not happy with the way my couch was just dumped at my house without any help to set up or remove any of the packing after I requested delivery and paid for it as I needed help with my back problem
Very rude customer service, once you’ve paid they don’t care about the customer!
I won’t be buying from Amart Camberfield again.

Worst customer services, the delivery guys just throw our bed boxes because they always are in a rush, they push the mattress throw all the ground floor causing damage to my stuff and their answer was to claim through the delivery warranty.

Bro invest in IKEA or Another furniture places, this company will not solve ypu anything after they get your money.

1st id like to say amart stuff are all helpful and very friendly unlike other furniture stores i have gone to.
This TV unit I purchased last year as it was out of stock i didnt receive it till this year due to staff shortages on making the tv unit aswell cause of covid.so I was waiting patienly for it.it was definitely worth the wait I love amart all my furniture is from amart I wouldn't go elsewhere I've always recommended amart to friends, Family! You get what you pay for love shopping at amart.

I purchased the double silverwood bed. Very disappointed not what I was expecting. I put the bed together and get to the very last bit which is the wood slates. To only notice half was missing. I then called and sent photos to the customer care team. I then get the whole bed replaced. Then the same problem happened. I called the store back and was told maybe thats how the wood slates are meant to be. No bed has half gap missing wood slates. I'm not going to have my sheets touching the floor. Ive never seen any bed with only half a wood slates should be from head to toe. There excuse is nothing we can do about it. Even though I have left over screws which makes total sense it's missing! Very disappointed pay good money for a bed would've got better products from fantastic furniture

My experience at amart campbelfield was severely unprofessional.when my mum and i walked into the store the worker who came to help us was on his phone most of the time and wasn’t paying attention to us.the warehouse worker swore at my mother who is scarfed and kept swearing even when he went back inside and making racist remarks about her scarf.do better amart.

I went to purchase a desk online (part of the Online Exclusives not available in store) - didn't go through with it simply because it would cost $130 to deliver a $250 item 2 suburbs away from Campbellfield store which would then no doubt require assembly. Seriously not worth the money to do this when all items should be available to purchase in store or at least have the option that it can be delivered to a store for a customer to collect.

Bought some furniture items and I have to say, Me and my friends was very impressed with the customer service provided by Daniel. He was very helpful, patient and willing to assist us with our queries. I would definitely recommend this store and the customer service provided is top notch. I will be visiting again in future for any purchases

Disappointing Dave!
Went to the store with the family to have a look at a few things, and as we were passing the retail guy serving a customer trying to buy some display furniture, looks at my girls and says, "no offence but it's hard to keep the furniture when kids get on the furniture with shoes on". My kids were just walking along with me. Imagine my surprise when I go back to complain to the manager and find out he was the manager himself! Maybe put some signs up saying families with kids aren't welcome? Or cover your furniture up

I bought sofa in january 2020, its been one year only, the condition of sofa getting worse day by day.whether its fabric or spring inside sofa.just after 3 months, lint started from fabrics. As per bill i got 7 year warranty but sadly just aftr 1 year it looks old. In my family, just we are 3 person and we havent used roughly.
Now what to do i dont understand, i paid $1500 for that sofa which is lot for me.so please dont buy any fabric sofa from them.
