Albert Park Medical Centre

Gave me the wrong vaccine and charged me for it. Didn't give me a proof of vaccine card after the appointment and refused to give me a proof of vaccination card when asked for it later.

I followed my Dr to this clinic. However the reception staff welcomed us in as new patient's so openly and warmly it was lovely. As I felt huge guilt for going to another clinic (felt like i was having an affair) it was a warm true family centred practice 5/5

Had the second dose of the Astra Zeneca vaccine. Process was seamless and staff were very professional and helpful.

I got an appointment on a Saturday morning within 20 minutes of calling up. Dr was great, explained my issue well and gave me a strategy to manage it which has worked.

Once I was there I immediately liked the doctor I saw.
However, a week prior to my visit I had phoned to make the appointment to have a COVID shot. The practice was listed as administering these vaccinations. Perhaps it is a little confusing. Perhaps they like to administer to existing patients only. I would be a “new” patient. I was told to get a medical history from my current doctor (who is not administering covid shots) and to bring it to this surgery and to complete further forms before the allocated appointment time.
I dutifully went there the next day to get said forms. The receptionist was not very pleased to see me! Not very welcoming at all!
However she did give me the forms to complete. But I did feel as if I was imposing.
Maybe they are too busy.
But on the day of the appointment I was more than happy with the doctor I saw.

Regular patient at this clinic-doctors are usually on time and are thorough and knowledgeable in their diagnoses.
Not sure whether they bulk bill but pathology tests are done foc by their resident nurses.

Albert Park Medical Centre is what one expects of such a service, professional, welcoming and efficient. The admin/management staff are great and the medicos first rate (and nice people too).

My first visit. Very professional and friendly. In the context of COVID I still felt very welcome coming inside the Centre. Didn't feel rushed with the doctor and overall very pleased to have found a new medical centre.

Appointment with Dr Min Teo today and excellent experience. No waiting, efficient reception process, straight in and no rush to see his next patient. Dr Teo discusses medical topics with ease and knowledge always putting ones mind at ease, especially during these tough COVID times. Dr to patient conversational skills brilliant. Clear explanations and good follow up. Will recommend Dr Teo.

This is the best medical practice I've ever attended in my 71yrs.great choice of doctors, never have to wait days for an appointment, they have a treatment room a pathology collection, podiatry and an allocated time for writing prescriptions each day no appointment needed.

Always had a good experience at this medical centre.

I can assure you the one star reviews are probably coordinated by one total head case with a vendetta because i visit this clinic constantly and I’ve never experienced anything but the utmost service and respect.

Dr Teo is one of the kindest, most thorough GPs at the practice and he is EXCELLENT with children! A true gem.

This clinic need to take a serious look at itself. From the rudeness of the receptionist to the incompetence and out right disdain for their patient from a Doctor. Telling a patient she is "wasting taxpayers money" because a blood test was requested to check certain ailments from a past serious medical condition.

Surprised to see negative reviews, I was there today, one of the most professional medical consultations i have ever experienced.

The fact that a frequently asked question on their site is "How do i make a complaint? " - says it all. Disgraceful clinic.

Really disappointed at recent treatment by this clinic. Seems not be be alone in the past few months

The staff were so rude and unhelpful, and the doctor i saw was even worse! If that could be possible.
