This is the first review I have ever done. But felt it was necessary. I had heard great things about this clinic and was hoping to find my next doctor. However, I cannot begin to describe how awful my experience was at this clinic.
The Doctor (male) was completely unprofessional and absolutely lacking in any compassion.
After some concerns post-partum, the Dr's comments were so inappropriate, sexual innuendo and laughing about my discomfort ("you would think that a spasming sensation would be what you want down there! ").
He was condescending and truly terrible.
As I said, I am not one to leave bad reviews, but if I could stop one woman from being belittled and embarrased by their GP, then my job is done!

Easy to find parking, short wait time and Dr Goureeve is caring, attentive and a delight to deal with.

Dr Bennett is by far the best Doctor I've ever seen! Every appointment is always on time, he's incredibly friendly and he's expertise are second to none. I would recommend him to anyone

Wonderful service and medical counseling but the offices need a paint job! The consulting rooms are depressing and dreary.

Best genuine care, professional practice and personal customer service you could want! I had never had a regular GP until I went there. Now I will not go elsewhere.

Had my first dose of astrazenca at the centre today (03/06), found it to be a very professional set up, extremely well organised top to bottom. Happy to recommend A P Medical as a 1st class clinic.

My daughter needed a doctor on a Sunday and they were the only clinic in the area open and happy to see us very last minute. The staff were friendly and helpful. And Doc was great. Caring and gentle with my daughter. Highly recommend

I have found everyone at the centre to be easy to speak with, very understanding of my health concerns, well organised, conscientious with respect to appropriate medical testing, and exceptionally reliable in contacting me when medical results come in.

I think the doctors do their best, but the clinic seems to be managed very poorly. I’ve seen patients treated very poorly by reception staff and I’ve had some poor experiences myself. I’d recommend finding a different clinic for a more reliable service.

If you are a TAC or Workcover patient, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CLINIC! They are not taking you on as a patient according to the business manager. This is pure discrimination for people who have been unexpectedly injured by bad luck. Shame on this clinic! They should be shut down.

Reception is always very busy when I visit but staff are always polite, kind and helpful. Phoning for appointments can be time consuming.
