It was a Sunday my son was not a patient at this practice but the receptionist could clearly see I was concerned. She consulted the doctor and they fit us in. Very lovely customer service all round

Great doctors who are thoughtful & considerate. Cover off on all of my concerns. Always good for a laugh as well! Dr John is a star!

Regular patient at this clinic-doctors are usually on time and are thorough and knowledgeable in their diagnoses.
Unfortunately on my last visit I had to wait 25 minutes after my appointed time for a flu infection which took 2 minutes.
Not sure whether they bulk bill but pathology tests are done foc by their resident nurses.

Dr Bill Bateman is an amazing doctor who takes wonderful care of my family and me. His knowledge and experience is second to none and he has a very high duty of care for his patients. We are so lucky to have him as our family doctor.

Everything you could ask for in a medical practice. Whole of person proactive care from experienced and wise professionals who look after the person as well as treating the patient.

Albert Park Medical Centre is a fantastic facility. They really put the care into healthcare. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. Dr Jill Grogan is a brilliant doctor. She is a great diagnostician who joins the dots. She is very knowledgeable and is thoughtful and compassionate. She has a very patient-centred approach. She takes the time to inform, clarify and explain diagnoses, prognoses and treatment choices. She is very supportive of complementary health care in conjunction with her medical care. I do not live near Albert Park. Jill Grogan is worth the long trip. I trust her with my health care and appreciate the team around her at Albert Park Medical Centre. 5 stars.

Albert Park Medical Centre has been my family's doctor for many years.
My wife, kids and myself are in expert, caring hands. Their proactive approach and attention to detail is outstanding.couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I received my first Pfizer vaccination at the Albert Park Medical Centre which appeared to be a well run and well organized medical clinic in a quiet tree lined street close to good tramway access to Melbourne and St. Kilda. The Medical Centre was dealing with a range of people, all socially distanced in the waiting room and front garden. My appointment was dealt with efficiently by reception and I was very impressed with my young doctor and wonderful nurse. I am looking forward to my second Pfizer vaccination in three weeks time!

All the doctors at Albert Park Medical are good so if you can’t see your favourite you can still see a skilled professional. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly.

Went to specialist appointment and referral from Dr John Clifford had not arrived. Several calls from the specialist were made and they were told Dr Clifford was too busy to send a referral. A wasted afternoon for me and the specialist.

The Doctors, receptionists and nursing staff are all delightful. My whole family receives the best care. Thank you!

I am fairly new to this centre it’s a bit of a way to get to I am coming here to see a doctor I saw at another clinic she’s so approachable and friendly so easy to talk to. Not sure what she looks like I’ve never seen her without a mask yet

Had an emergency with my 1.6 daughter and Albert Park Medical Center was the only place who helped me immediately. Doctor Clifforth was very kind and profesional. Albert Park Medical Center will be my new place to go! THANKS to all the team! Receptionist included, very helpful!
