A&L Windows & Doors

Meant to be getting a window replaced at my place. First they order the wrong part, then they forget to bring the crane as the window weighs 150 KG and now the installer brings the wrong parts to complete the installation. Is this place run by Zoo animals? ! How do these people function on a day to day basis and cant do a simple job they are hired to do?

Idiot truck drivers. 1 pm 28/8/18 A and l window truck. Making u turn into bayliss rd, driving like a bike. Completely irresponsible driving

Disgusting road ethics the driver of truck rego number uox975 is an absolute pig despite the lane he was in being completely empty in front of him he deemed it appropriate to cut into my lane as I was passing his trailer even with my horn blasting and high beams he still just cut me off too the point I had to almost come too a complete stop this was on the m1 at 6: 30it was dark somy lights were clearly visible
This driver is clearly just an arrogant prick who thinks he owns the road

Waiting for a quote for 2 sliding Fly screen doors since 4 days now. I'm building with Arden homes. I spoke to two ladies several times with no response at all since 4 days. I wasted my time. May be because it's a small job and the company only care about big ones. Hope someone from the managerial level respond to that if they care about their reputation. Thanks

Many calls were made with no call back before I went to A&L. Receptionists and manager are extremely rude (passive aggressive) and unhelpful. I left stuff at jobs sites before that never took more than minute to pickup but with A&L, they refused to return my $100 drink bottle that I left there the week before and end up putting a complaint against me with my employer cause they were 2 lazy to put on a PPE vest or get someone to walk 50 meters to get it. They never called me back as promises many times or return my property but had the time to call my employer which shows A&L true colours!

I have been to A&L windows twice in the last 12 months for spare parts. Excellent customer service and friendly staff that were more than helpful. Can't ask for more than that.

Completely gobsmacked - was just told i need to wait 6 months to just get a quote on fly screens for a stacker door they installed.clearly something has gone wrong with their ability to service their existing customers.

Went to get spare parts for my windows, Suzie was very helpful.just made my day today.

Worst window company ever. Not recommending to anyone. We have tried to fix our window almost 2 years.we have spoken to everyone and still they have not solved the problem. Please don't go to this company.

I have never had to review badly for any company until now. Customer request and quote process is ridiculous. Website is very showy - and that is all they are. Showy and can't deliver. Will not recommend A & L to anybody, because you will encounter enormous ongoing issues with their service and products.

My Grandmother came in a while ago, and the girls at reception were just amazing at looking after her. Getting her parts & everything. Just want to say thank you and apologize for my last emails i have sent to you guys due to some window issues but end of the day, you guys did your job & got the guys out! Appreciate all your hard work.
