Courtney was extremely helpful and courteous in providing us with the advice that we were seeking. We were very impressed with her approach, product knowledge and her prompt replies to our emails.

Terrible service from the 2 girls who answered the phone upon calling. I needed to speak to Aida, finally I got a hold of her and she went above and beyond. She gave me her personal number, followed through, called when she said she would. She also followed my request and prioritised my instructions. This is what I call excellent service. Thank you Aida.

Contacted A&L windows about parts for sliding windows and found Jane very helpful in finding the parts that I needed and making sure they were the correct for me. Great knowledge of spare parts and very helpful. Pleasurable experience.

I strongly recommend A&L Windows and Doors, for all your requirements as their after sales was excellent.

I had a scheduled maintenance appointment with A&L windows post build handover. Steve and Jake were able to fix all the issues outlined and provided exceptional customer service.

Just had a window replaced by Heath and Alee. What can I say, absolute gentleman, they were very efficient and professional and extremely polite. I highly recommend A&L especially if all of their technicians are as professional as Heath & Alee! A+

What can I say! When you call A&L Windows & Doors, ask for JODIE! We had been building a house with the scum from Porter Davis and had been finding it really difficult to pick up the pieces except for when it came to finishing the sliding doors and windows.

I can't even begin to describe how helpful Jodie has been. She has been so sympathetic and there's no such thing as a dumb question when I've asked her to explain things to me. Jodie has been incredibly prompt in getting back to me with all my calls and emails.

At every turn she has gone the extra mile and nothing has been too much trouble for her. It has been a long time since I've experienced such outstanding customer service and it's so refreshing to find out that it still exists.

Thank you Jodie, and if you're lucky enough to have Jodie assist your build you wont be dissapointed.

Absolutely nothing good to say.
We ordered fly screen doors for 2 large entertainment doors. Were told by sales assistant they are “pet proof” strength.
Our 8 months old daughter leant on it and instantly popped out. Quality is below poor and constantly having to fix it.

Tried calling for assistance to be told rudely our daughter was probably too rough (an Infant) despite it supposedly being “pet” proof and we would never get a refund.

Someone came out to repair however without any force, broke again that day.

Utterly disappointing especially with the cost.
Go elsewhere!

Harley and Mits came to replace some window panes in our home. They were very polite and courteous. Mindful of walls and flooring whilst lugging heavy glass upstairs. There is still a little more to be done and we are hoping that A&L send them both again as we couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism

Just had a visit from Harley and Mits from A&L Windows and they were fantastic. Excellent customer service wth a smile and more than happy to answer any of my questions. Very happy with repairs and advice. Definitely would recommend. Thanks again Guys.

What a joke, poor quality product with even worse service. Waiting months to replace faulty products!

Spoke with a lovely young lady at their head office, her name was Aleksandra. She was absolutley magnificent and I can not speak more highly of her knowledge and professionalism. She actually listened to what we had to say and solved the problem we had NOT the problem most customer service people think you have.
A big thank you to A & L for hiring such a delightful person and an even bigger THANK YOU to Aleksandra for all her help.

Bernard & Harley serviced our sliding doors today. Both guys are professional, friendly and courteous. I asked if they would mind applying oil to a bedroom window which is an A & L Window (not sliding easily). Not only did they happily oblige but also did two other windows. The windows were not part of my service booking yet they went the extra mile!
I highly recommend both Bernard & Harley which no doubt are valued A & L employees.

Have dealt with Shaun from A&L for a number of jobs and his attention to detail and product knowledge is second to none. Also fantastic communication and quick to respond, Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Damian, He worked great with the builder to get a custom quote done really quickly, then i showed up with out a booking at the showroom to which he was able to show me and explain the different variations straight away. To which we placed an order and he was able to get a quick delivery time booked in.

I would like to give shout out to the 2 AnL service guys who arrived on time for my appointment and carried out their work quickly! Thank you to Riki and Harley, Honestly stunning work from the boys.would give 6 stars if i could.

My A&L representative has been excellent, efficient and courteous. Just waiting for one last screen which was the wrong size

Had my sliding doors installed by Riki and Jackson. The boys did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and got straight into the work. Would recommend these boys to anyone!
