Horrible experience dealing with this dodgy and unethical window supplier. Lodged a warranty claim about my A&L window condensation and going back and forth with them for over 6 months. Finally came back saying "Your window is out of warranty and nothing we can do. " All my neighbours having the same batch of condensation windows that were installed on the same date had their claim approved, just because they lodged the claim earlier than me and I moved in this house after warranty expired.
Stay away from these heartless people for a). Inferior and under quality windows; b). They will do everything they can to run away from their responsibilities.

The receptionist ladies and the show room gentleman are all very lovely and helpful. They were patient and seemed very caring just trying their best to help with my needs quickly
Went in last week to pick up spare parts for my rollers and the service is exceptional) Keep it up guys!

I bought a window from this company. Installed by my builder. There were scratches all over the glass. There was no key supplied. The window leaked badly in the first rain storm. The quality of the window is appalling. Joints not sealed/seals badly done. My builder will be submitting pics to A&L. The window was quite expensive. It was the worst manufactured window I have ever seen. It took eight weeks to manufacture. Beware. Enough said!

Really clever people they are from A&L. My original quote for windows included fly screens. But when we had to make a change to original order, they conveniently didn't include the fly screens. I didn't pick up on this until after I placed the order, and when I raised this with management, they couldn't care less and were so rude. Placed many more orders for windows since with another company not A&L so how smart are they just so the can save a few dollars on fly screens. Don't recommend them at all!

I had Harley & Peter attend my property last week for a part replacement. I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with their service! They went above & beyond to help me with fixing what they were here for, but also answering questions I had in regards to maintenance & helping me with fix a small issue I had with the draft stopper on one of the doors. They were helpful, polite & more than happy to answer questions! I have no hesitations in recommending A&L Windows to friends & family.

Happy to take my parents money over 3 months ago and have not arranged installation. Now when my parents call they say that the sales lady isn’t taking calls only emails, my parents are over 70 they have no idea how to email what a joke!

Very poor quality and the glass was inappropriately installed, missing seals and broken itself, poor customer service and stated it is not covered by their warranty.stay away from them

The installation team were on time, polite, professional. The screen door was a perfect fit and the boys cleaned up after themselves. Very happy

I've called them 3 times over a few months trying to get to the sales team. First 2 times, I was told someone from the sales team will get back to me. Never heard back from them. The 3rd time I called them, I ask for the sales team and the receptionist said I can put my order online on their website as my house was built using A & L. I tried to get a quote through their website, but it says that my address was entered in before their IT update to their website, so someone will call me back shortly. That was on Monday, it's now Friday, and still no call. Very annoyed and disappointed with this company. Would not recommend.

We had fly screens and doors fitted recently and the quality is great. Also the service of the head office staff and the fellows who fitted the screens was exceptional I would gladly recommend them.

Shady job and good luck if you need to rectify the job. You will have to wait forever without any update.
I will not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible service! The only way to order as a non-commercial customer is through the website. When you put the order in the image comes up as 'no image available'. Well I ordered the wrong door. It took MONTHS of unreturned calls multiple times a week to have an invoice issued so I could order the door that I thought I was ordering in the first place. The only way I can rationalise the lack of service is that the employees relish letting their customers suffer. Avoid like the plague! Update 24th July 2021: Still holding my breath waiting for that follow up phone call up as per the reply to this review.

I initially had problems getting a service call. After leaving complaint I have had a service call and all windows open and person who fixed them was very pleasant. I do think that trying to get service call via email needs to be changed. Thank you

Nice looking windows and frames, workmanship and customer care very ordinary. Some of our new windows have those suction cap marks that show up on cold days/nights that wont come off. Nice set of excuses offered, still have the circles. Black ugly seals are coming loose on a number of windows and scratches in several places. A gap in the frame and building on a major window is still not rectified after four months of calls, reschedules, and just waiting. Never stick to their scheduled dates, bit of a lottery.

Massive shoutout to Harley and his assistant for their amazing service. Harley went above and beyond to make sure that all was perfect with my final service, and I was super happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this company just on Harley’s customer service alone, good job mate!

Our Builder used A&L Windows in our new home. Have had condensation appear in two double glazed windows. Still waiting for our second call out to have the second window replaced. Received a text message today that our service call has been cancelled due to covid. Very frustrating as we live in regional Victoria and have waited over a month already. The customer service is poor and at times feel like your going around in circles to get in contact with the appropriate employees. To add to our frustration we have our house on the market.

I have built multiple properties with Orbit Homes, who use A &L Windows for windows and doors.
One of the window needs reglazing as the edging has fallen off. One of the builders I asked if he can fix the problem has referred me to A&L saying it's manufacturers fault.
So I contacted A & L and received response, to provide photos. I supplied multiple photos and was asked to send more, so I did.
I received an email from A & L telling me that " their technicians attend 1000 service calls per week. "
I have original copy of the email if anyone interested to read. Maybe A Current Affair program will want it.
Now 1000 service per week, what does it say about the quality of the product supplied by A & L?
Then I received tax invoice asking me to pay, only then work will be scheduled?
Time frame is not guaranteed?
Most of the reviews I have read is very similar to mine
How about a consumer action?
