Built my house 7 years ago. Must have been a lapse in quality control then, because 4 of my double glazed windows started fogging up over a few years which also showed up marks in the windows. Not great. But the reason I’m giving 5 stars is because when I reported the issue to A&L they immediately booked and came and replaced the glass. Didn’t even need to inspect first - I sent photos and they trusted my word. They came out twice to replace over a few years - and I’m rural so it was a trek. Things may go wrong in manufacturing, but having a company that owns the problems and repairs is a big comfort in the building industry. So many would have made excuses, stalled, even not fixed. The new windows have been great with no problems, btw.

Jin Rajapakse provided very prompt, professional and friendly service, in spite of COVID-19 challenges. Also, the technical people who attended the job were very professional.

Would not bother with this company if you are small buyer, waited over 3 weeks for a quote for 2 windows after being told week to 10 days response time, sent email to them to ask about it and received a sorry how busy we are response and "Can you please advise if you are still looking at receiving a quote from us? " to reply with that is poor business management and appalling service. Do yourself a favor buy elsewhere.

I would sincerely like to thank Megan Bell for the level of service she provided me to purchase and receive my new sliding windows locks. Its not very often that you find people that are willing to go above and beyond to help customers, especially with such a small order. Apart from that the design team have done an exceptional job with the design of the new lock as far as its ease to install, and they also look great.

Put in a service request over a month ago due to a leaky window is faulty because it allow water in through capillary action. Finally get a phone call from someone who is doesn't listen and wants more photos. I did mention that the issue won't show up in a photo (don't have a super macro lens that will show water ponding on the outside). The A&L representative clearly doesn't give a toss - saying that I can either pay an amount that is unsure about to get it inspected or that's it. Awesome customer service.

BOUTIQUE Sliding doors, Glass is wobbling on all 3 doors. 5mm glass used originally and replaced again with 5 mm glass. Still wobbling, very unstable. For a premium product not good enough.

They don't know how to install a flyscreen on a sashless window, wrong installation on 3 windows, installed over the top instead of putting it inline, failed to use the channel above to slide it in. Terrible there sakes and one manager keep saying it's correct, they even sent me a photo of one of the mangers homes to show me how it's installed in his home, what they failed to show in photo is the channel above, I'm still awaiting to see if that window is the same, seems not. Disgraceful service.

My experience at this restaurant lasted about 2 seconds. I went in asked to have the spaghetti and meatballs and was delivered with a smirk from the waiter and laughter, this place does not deliver on what they offer!

A&L represented by Jason A and Bernard in Canberra came over to deliver the screens to my property. They couldn't have been more accommodating, offering helpful advice and explaining why they were installing the screens in the method they were doing it which was greatly appreciated. They provided me with everything I needed, quickly and were courteous and clean. I can't recommend them enough

Such poor quality double glazed windows. Our builder used them for wondows and doors however their doors and windws are really poorly designed that there is no thermal efficiency achieved in double glazing. Their slidong doors are so cheaply designed and put together that i can feel air coming through all sodes of the sliding doors in fully closed position. When i challenged my builder, they said there is an acceptable tolerance and that this is within the tolerance. Due to this issue the room remains so cold and is equally difficult to heat up.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, definitely worth the trip! No vegan options though so it has room for improvement:) overall experience was good:)

Gee wiz looking to place a large order but looking at all the negative customer feedback Ill have to keep looking its not worth the risk.

A&L installed french doors for us over a year ago, we have found that some of the hinges are metal on metal with no rubber in between. Contacted Sales team at A&L windows and the Management team have declined to review as part of warranty and want us to pay for an inspection really unhappy with them. You installed them and now for us to pay for the inspect.

The A&L technicians Scott W and James S arrived at my door on time and greeted me with a smile. They efficiently repaired my sliding door, were happy to answer my questions and always displayed a courteous and positive attitude. Thank you for sending two gentlemen to repair the door

Shocking everything! It took 6 months and upwards of 10 hours of my own communication, misdirection, and liasing (all of which I had to initiate) with staff on all levels from the bottom to the top, to get a screen door reinstalled. Initially, the door looked terrible. Scratches, gaps, dints, slants, the works! Then they blamed the builder of the house for not making the door square. Today it was finally completed. The only plus were the two gentleman that installed it were professional and knew what they were doing. I would not recommend, and as an organisation, would suggest they take a look at their training of employees, and internal communication protocols. Disgrace!

This business is unprofessional & incompetent. Emailed through their forms signed but they were too busy to respond to several calls & emails so we could leave a deposit on the job. Then they sent through an email demanding a deposit

Hi, I visited A&l Windows today to obtain some spare parts for a customers windows. The reception staff were polite and helpful, I even received the parts I required in just 10 minutes! How good is that!

I've been waiting weeks now for a response to my quote enquiry. Several emails later, still no response.

Business Management 101 - atLeast respond personally about high volumes and delays and set expectations. That way a Customer can find another supplier. It's fine to be busy and not meet demand but just be honest about it and have clear communication.
