AGG Doors

Used AGG doors for the first time for a rental property I manage. Made an initial phone call to service department who were very helpful and when they attended did what was necessary to get the door working. Very quick service and invoice was a pleasant surprise

I must say from the first telphone call to end serviceeverything was handled in a very professional way. The Reception was very courteous and even changed dates to work aroun my schedules. The Service technician was very professional and knew his job. He dod a great job on my garage roller door. I am very happy and the door is working real smooth. Well Done AGG DOORS. I will most definitely recommend the company to my family & friends.

Initial contact was very good. Sebastian and friend arrived on time and fixed the issue which was old worn out 20 year controls. Very pleased with all service. Thank you. Old controls but Still Fixed.

AGG Doors has been very professional since the first interaction I had on the phone up till when the work was done. Everything was explained and disclosed clearly prior to booking and work carried out. Technician is experienced and very attentive to his work. Initial phone call was efficient and got the booking correct first time with many options. The communication prior to the appointment was timely, informative and unobstrusive. Loved it. The service technician rang before arriving, was on time and completed the service quickly and quietly. Very happy with the outcome and service along the way. Thank you.

I would highly recommend AGG Doors. From the my first contact to the end of having our garage door repaired the experience was great service no surprises. We were also told what we might expect if there was other issues and was explained what other issues may be with the type of garage door we have. I was expecting to pay thru the roof to repair our garage door even though was an easy repair. AGG Door's prices were very reasonable Great people Great service.

Sebastian and Trav showed up in no time at all, basically as soon as we called on a Friday evening aswell. Not only were they quick and efficiant they are both nice guys to deal with.

Very helpful and prompt on my initial enquiry. Had a can do attitude and clear and timely follow up. The visit occurred exactly as described. Given phone notice of arrival 20 mins prior, tech guy arrived and completed job. Pleasant and helpful service and good further info discussed afterwards about upkeep etc.

First contact with Nica was not the best but talking to Kiara she was ok. Two men turned up very late in the day but when they arrived they were very efficient and persevered in the cold and dark until my problem was fixed. Other than first contact phone call with Nica that if it was first time I would not have continued. Sorry Nica. Tradesmen did a very good job and we will definitely use them again.

So far so good. I had a good experience on the phone and the speed of the service and booking was great! Technician was great. Only thing I would complain about is that the technician couldn't link our remote with the alarm system of our house so now we have 2 remotes.

I was impressed by Rom`s honesty in his advice to me regarding changing my garage door. I ended up taking his advice and saved some money. I also appreciated the various reminders received before the appointment for the job scheduled to install the automatic door opener. Thomas was polite and professional. He completed the job in half an hour. I highly recommend AGG Doors to friends and would not hesitate to call on them in future.

Efficient and said and did what they said they would do. Service technician was friendly and explained the problem and made sensible suggestions about what needed to be done to rectify the problem. He did not give the impression he wanted to move on quickly. While very happy with the service and repair, it did come at a cost. Pricing is something AGG Doors might want to review.

Good customer service on a Sunday call, it's too bad owners have to go thru body corporate who's closed on Sunday before a repair man can make a repair then bill body corporate, expediating a repair process. That's more of a suggestion than a complaint.

We had Bill come to our home as the remotes did not work. He was extremely efficient but most important polite and an excellent tradesman. He fixed the problem and we were very happy with with the outcome. Bill and your company will be highly recommended by our family.

My online order was lost in the mail but once I advised AGG that it hadnâ€t turned up, the team checked and put the items in an express post envelope which I received the next day. Very happy with the service, the products available online and the price. Will be using AGG again when our doors need a little help.

Great service - phone call reminder of 6 monthly roller door service, provided PO same day, Service completed next day. Technician reported back, now awaiting a quote to repair door. Very impressed with the young lady who rang me initially following up on someone elses reminder email who was away.

I had a 1st time torsion spring snap. Thomas (Hercules) from AGG fixed it. He knows exactly what to do and replaced springs and frayed cables in 45m. Karen in the office who did the booking was great too. 100% recommended.
