AGG Doors

One of the torsion springs broke on our garage door. I contacted the door manufacturer to have the springs replaced and the best they could do was a two week wait. Waited the two weeks only to find out that they had stuffed up the booking. Contacted AGG doors and they were able to come first thing the next day. The springs have been replaced and the door is working better than ever. Great job by Nick and his offsider. I recommend AGG for their prompt and efficient service and quality of work. Should have made AGG our first choice and so will be using them again for ongoing maintenance.

I had my garage door serviced by them. After the service, the light of the motor was kept on and unable to be turned off unless I turn off the main switch. I have contacted the reception and I was notified that I have to pay them again to visit because “they didn’t touch the motor. ” The error of my motor was totally on me. But this issue had never happened before their technician came. I am very dissatisfied with their service because if something happened, they could just use “we didn’t touch it” as the excuse. Now I am going to make a complaint to ACCC and I won’t recommend any of people to use their service.

Thanks for your reply. To respond, firstly, this issue had never occurred before you serviced my garage door. I am not a professional but I can clearly tell the difference. Your receptionist kept saying that the technician did not touch the motor but why did this light issue only happen after your service? Now I have to manually switch off the motor light every time I open or shut my garage door after your service! Anyway, I have contacted the ACCC, and I would not hesitate to raise this issue to the court as this is probably the worst service experience I had ever experienced.

I can thoroughly recommend AGG Doors. I wanted a motor for the rear access roller door in our garage and the service I received was fantastic. I had the motor installed next day, Chris gave the door a quick service which stopped the squeak in the spring and was in and out in no time. The new motor works perfectly.
