AGG Doors

Experience with AGG Doors was not good.
Work commenced 13/12/2023 and the wrong springs were installed even when the installer understood they were not correct.
We had provided photographs and full description of the roller door.
The correct springs were installed 25/01/2024 and we were required to manually lift and lower the heavy timber roller door for 6 weeks.
The company did not return phone calls when requested.

Booked in November to have garage door replaced on apartment building. The installation has already been rescheduled once as they couldn't do the work Thursday as planned. Today was meant to be the day but 1 min prior to the booked time they sent a message to say they couldn't install it and need to reschedule again.
The building has had so many break ins we were all waiting for today to get the door sorted, but to be told via a message one min prior when people have made themselves available to be there is very poor service.

Technician arrived on time. Very professional. Fixed the garage door in no time. No fuss. Excellent job. My garage door is operating as it should. Problem solved and fixed. Well done.

I bought a garage door with this company and 0rdered a panel lift door with Windows in the top panel. The the installer was great but the quality of finish on the window panel was very bad. I complainrd and after about another 5 weeks a new one was delivered. It was even worse than the one I allready had. So I told the installers dont worry just take it away. I dont recommend this company

Went above and beyond to come and temporarily fix a very old garage door - 5 other companies couldn’t be bothered even returning my call. These guys came out within 5hrs. Strongly recommend.

Amazing service from AGG doors from the moment I made the call, to the moment their service team left. Best customer service I have received in a while. Not only was their customer service on point, their technicians that attended were efficient and clearly knowledgeable. They were able to fix my garage door that was severely damaged and I had assumed (and others) that it would need to be replaced. My garage door was fixed in 20mins and at a very reasonable price. More than highly recommend this business for your garage needs.

I had Nathan come out today to service my garage door and I wanted to say thankyou for such a good service! He was great, so efficient and he did such a good job! He has just a positive attitude. Will definitely be going with him in the future.

What a great company! I had Nathan B service my door and he was absolutely fantastic and really went through everything and was very knowledgeable. He was so positive and polite. Was such a great price too and service. I will definitely be going to AGG doors in the future to see Nathan.

Bought a new remote for my garage door. They showed me how to code it. Friendly helpful service.

I don't usually give reviews but after no response from online quote so I rang and was told "We don't do repairs but call Dandenong gates they might be able to help you" Seriously

If I could give 6 stars I would. Came out and replaced our garage springs within 24 hours. Fair price and Nick was very helpful and quick to do the job.

My driveway remote controlled gate would open but not close on an ad hoc basis. Dealing with AGG Doors was and open and shut case of simple good service, quick efficient quoting and a new installation that was done exactly when promised. These days good service is refreshing and reassuring and that's what AGG Doors delivered, thanks especially to Arthur and Wilbert who made it all happen.

Poor service and lack of any business acumen. Contacted AGG on 24th June to discuss potentially automating our pre-existing garage door, sent through photos and was given generic quote for a tilt door. Our situation is a little more complicated given the tilt door is circa 42 years old and an older system that is no longer utilised these days. I followed up AGG querying whether they agreed with what other quotes had mentioned (3 other quotes mentioned this independently). I asked an AGG representative to come out and assess the garage to determine the possibility, rather than engaging and being told thereafter it couldnt be done. Have still yet to receive any follow up, radio silence since 24th June, 3 follow up emails. Just poor service.

EDIT: I cant seem to respond directly to your comments. The customer representative I dealt with was Relyn. Seems like you should most definitely have my name in the system. Given the experience, no, i will not want to organise a consultation.

Provided us with a great quote (some $400-500 better than the competition), with a very knowledgeable technician (Nick). They were able to install two new motors and service our doors the very next day and the two technicians that did the installation were awesome. Quick, well priced, very professional and definitely recommended!

Really happy with the service by the guys at AGG. Easy quoting process, attended to do the job promptly, no fuss, and now we have working driveway gates. Very happy with the result. Recommended.
