Liz and the team at Advanced Myotherapy offer an incredible service and always accommodate for individual needs. I've been going for the past year and highly recommend paying them a visit.

I call the staff at Advanced Myotherapy “pain magicians” as they always make any pain disappear so quickly. Most recently II had a bike accident, my shoulder was hurting for months afterwards. Single session fixed it, it’s back to brand new! Thank you!

I had severe shoulder pain with a twisted nerve or muscle running up my neck and around to the base of my skull. I had been in pain for 2 months. Went to see the wonderful Elisabeth she treated me twice with massage which released some tension in the shoulder. Third treatment she used dry needling and all pain and nerve distress was gone. So much relief to be able to sleep. Highly recommend Elisabeth great practitioner.

Being a landscaper I’ve had lower back troubles over the years. After seeing Liz, she has been able to pinpoint the problem straight away and resolve the issue for me. Service and professionalism of the clinic is second to none, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been here twice, usually opportunistically as I don't live nearby (but often pass by the area). Top notch myotherapy-my session yesterday, for example, has helped my seized neck out a ton so that I can get back into exercise tomorrow. Thanks again.

Been to advanced myotherapy for two sessions of myotherapy followed by one session of cupping and dry needling on my second visit - staff were very friendly both time and helped with my muscular tension. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants either a therapeutic massage or does regular weight lifting or sports, and needs deeper tissue release. Best myotherapy I’ve been to!

This was a great experience. The therapist was knowledgeable and professional and very approachable. I'll definitely be returning for ongoing sports recovery treatments.

Jamil provides with excellent treatment. After the appointment my neck and shoulders do not trouble me anymore. He also gives you exercise and tips that I can do at home. I highly recommend Jamil and advanced myotherapy!

Had a problem with my right shoulder movement, after just two sessions with Lizzy, I was able to resume my normal workout routine with absolutely no pain. From the sessions to the exercises for me to perform post session, service was fantastic.

Hurt my traps in the gym. In two sessions Liz and Jamil got me from pain not letting me sleep to being fully functional. Really professional, strong hands and they work hard to fix the problem without any fuss. Can’t recommend them enough.

As well as releasing the tightness in my muscles, I find myotherapy treatments a wonderful way to manage stress. Jamil has provided expert guidance on exercises and stretches I can do between visits to minimise ongoing problems. Without doubt the most effective myotherapy treatment I've experienced in Melbourne.
Alexi is a very attentive practitioner focussed on the physical issue at hand and alleviating acute lower back & hip flexor pain.
Clean surroundings and a warm room also add to the comfort.

I started attending Advanced Myotherapy eight weeks ago for a knee and ankle trauma and was happily teamed with Alexi. Since then the improvement has been extraordinary. I will continue to attend as I have experienced aches and pains over many years as age advances and Alexi's treatments are working miracles. I look forward to the sessions because not only my health continues to improve they also leave me psychologically feeling great about myself.
