The clinic is so beautifully warm and inviting. Kana was lovely for my service! She was very knowledgeable, and I've walked away feeling better & with a treatment plan in mind.

I saw Kana for the first time recently and her treatment was excellent. She detected new areas of my body that required attention and treated them with the upmost care. She also provided me with some helpful stretches to do at home (which no other therapist has ever shown me). Post treatment I felt great and I've receoved enormous benefit from the stretches. I would highly recommend Kana's services, without hesitation. Thank you Kana.

Chantal was knowledgeable and precise with her technique. My appointments were easy to book even at the last minute. The space itself was very relaxing. Treatment was effective, efficient and definitely worthwhile!

I highly recommend this to people who have shoulder, lower back or any other pain. I have done a lot of different therapies but I reckon Myotherapy is the right thing to do. I did this Myotherapy from Jamil and he is the best person who can treat you. He is so polite and will treat you right what you need. Thanks and I feel better after couple of sessions here. I've been seeing Josie for couple of sessions and the results have been great so far. I have more mobility and less pain during exercises.

The team at Advanced Myotherapy are second to none. They really understand how to trace the source of the pain in my back, shoulders and neck. I appreciate how they explain what they're doing and why: for example, if you have a sore neck, they might actually work on another muscle that's actually the source of the pain. They also helped me achieve my exercise goals, providing advice on how to increase my fitness. I've tried various other remedial massage and physiotherapists, but these peeps are still the best I've had.

I saw David initially for tight legs however he really maximised the time and helped me with my whole body which was amazing. He was also really helpful on some simple stretches that will be beneficial. I am really looking forward to going back

Last year I was really struggling with frozen shoulder (yes I had it in both my shoulders!) with immense pain, especially the "pain at rest" while sleeping or lying down which kept me awake at nights. None of the treatment measures helped and I was advised to get deep tissue message. I approached Advanced Myotherapy and explained my situation to them and was helped by Josie.

I took weekly sessions and after few sessions I was totally relieved of the pain and lot of stiffness in my shoulders. Josie you are a star and I am very impressed with your level of expertise, knowledge and different techniques used during the sessions. I would give you all the credit for helping me out of my frozen shoulder problem.

Had an initial remedial massage with David, who was really friendly and knowledgeable. The firmness of the massage was spot on and he really got into my trigger points. I would have to say it was the best remedial massage I've had and will definitely be back!

Excellent clinic. I saw Jamil for shoulder, neck and TMJ related pain. He was incredibly knowledgable, listened carefully to what I told him and then treated the areas with precision. Highly recommend!

I’ve had long term shoulder and back issues and these had recently been exacerbated by a big house move. I went to Advanced Myo because it’s nearby and was so pleased with the remedial work on my back by Josie - thorough, deep and some instant improvement. Highly recommend.

I had my first remedial massage session yesterday (5 July 2021) and was really pleased with the service I received (dry needling and deep tissue massage for shoulders/neck/upper back). The staff who attended to me (Josie) was extremely professional and answered all of my (many) questions. The studio itself is well kept and smells great- making you instantly feel at ease.

I was also provided with after-care tips and exercises to help prevent repeat muscle tension build up in the treated areas. I will definitely be returning!
