It really is worth paying that little bit extra to get a proper massage, especially if you're going in for a specific issue.

I saw Josie two weeks and it was the best experience. It was my first time receive myotherapy treatment but she took the time to explain me everything and to listen to understand my situation and previous diagnosis. Josie has a amazing energy and she is very professional! The place was nice, clean and cozy. I am looking forward to my net appointment. Highly recommend.

I went to Advanced Myotherapy with all the muscles in my body all aching and tight. Josie found the main cause for my upper body and legs and worked into these areas. Josie maintained the correct amount of pressure and listened to me when I felt it was too painful. I think this is a place to come back to not just for issues but also for maintenance. The place itself is clean and has a great feeling of calm. Its warm! Which is important. Staff are polite and nothing seems like too much trouble. Reommend!

Iv been here a handful of times over a few years. Place has a nice ambiance. Iv seen most people for treatments I had Josie today. I prefer her style as she does dry needling and a strong myo massage. Not for the faint hearted but this is really the only thing that brings relief to my symptoms.

Absolutely love this clinic. Have been a few times for an ongoing back issue. Always professional. Never rushed. And always walking out feeling better, and with advice on how to improve posture and prevent further injury.

Great team there. Friendly but matter-of-fact. Don't expect to go there and get a light rub down and a "see you next week" spiel. They're there to FIX you, and so far I'm seeing improvements with at-home exercises as well as massage/myo treatments!

I came in with an extremely sore and tight back / shoulders and was treated very well, from the phone booking to the massage therapy. Josie explained to me my pain, her techniques and communicated with me the whole time. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She also explained stretches / activities for me to do to prevent future pain. Highly recommend

David has been fantastic in assessing and treating my problems. He has given me not only one of the best treatments but also given me suggestions on how to correct my walking/running so I don't keep injuring myself.
