Is it too much to ask MEDICAL DOCTORS to please wear their masks properly during lockdown? Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes even when you are 15 minutes early, and there are no waiting patients other than you yourself at this joke of a clinic. Saw Dr K-i recently and had my time wasted. She seems to think it's completely fine to wear her mask on her chin throughout the entire appointment. Super stressful and awful to visit this clinic with apparently clueless doctors.

This place is a complete dive. Used to be one of the better bulk billing places in the area. All the half decent doctors have now left. Look elsewhere if you value your health and want doctors who actually care.

Dr. Azadeh Khatibi is undoubtedly the best GP I have encountered. Her nurturing, non judgemental bedside manner, along with her understanding of women’s health is outstanding.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Khatibi, she has a touching character you feel that she really cares about her patients.

Dr Kathibi was very rude. I was right on the dot for my appointment. The health center was pretty empty. I was the only patient waiting. She was wasting time and went out to buy water right in front of me. She came back after 15 minutes and took the next appointment after me saying I was late. What kind of attitude is this! I don’t want to deal with a doctor who is so rude to face! It was not like teeming with patients and she was swamped. This is really unprofessional and bad service. Being a doctor does not give you the right to abuse others or make them feel terrible. I have read other bad reviews about this doctor. Why is the health center still employing her! No knowledge no courtesy! I am in customer service myself if I behaved like she did I would be fired the next day. Just because she is a doctor no one has acted on the bad reviews spacing for 2 years!

I have read many previous negative reviews on Dr Khatibi. My own experience- I’ve never come across a more unprofessional/inexperienced Doctor. I had to phone the practice several times to request documents she had failed to send to me. I then was forced to make another appointment just to make contact with her (as she made no attempt to contact me) and to again request the documents I needed from my previous meeting with her. I never did receive them. Hence why I left this practice as many others have. Avoid this doctor if you can.

The staff at Acland Medical Centre were all very friendly and helpful. I loved how Dr Khatibi really took her time to explain my treatment options. I had a great visit. The extended hours and Bulk Billing is awesome!

DO NOT VISIT THESE APPALLING 'DOCTORS' IF YOU HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER - DR KHURRAM AKHTER'S LACK OF ANY DECENT SENSE OF HUMANITY AND CARE WILL LEAVE YOU STUNNED AND STUPEFIED. THESE GP'S SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE AMA, FOR THE HARM THAT THEY CAUSE TO THOSE MOST IN NEED OF CRITICAL AND URGENT CARE.

Terrible service and a rip off is my opinion. My wife rang up after making an appointment, to inform them that she had developed a fever from an infected milk gland. They asked her all the covid19 related questions and offered her to get a phone consultation. Being on a student Visa she had to pay 70$ upfront and then wait for the call. When the doctor called all she did was tell us that she won't prescribe medication over the phone and we have to go to the emergency department of the hospital. Thanks for charging us 70 effin dollars to tell us that. What a waste.

Made skin related appointment due to a bad allergic reaction on my face that caused perioral dermatitis. Since it was skin related issue I made an appointment with Dr Edward Naughten who's got a diploma in dermatology. Before seeing the doctor I've done my research and the first thing every health website strongly suggested is in case of steroid creams use to stop applying those immediately as the first step towards recovery. So when Dr prescribed me DermaAid - a corticosteroids cream I questioned his decision, asking for another prescription to what he said that the cream is very light and should help. I left his office confused but still bought the cream hoping that he's right and it will help. After 1 week of application my skin was improving but as soon as I finished the prescribed course my face flared up with red, bumpy skin rash. Later my face turned dry, scaly and even more itchy than before. I just don't understand how someone with a diploma in dermatology prescribes a corticosteroids to someone with perioral dermatitis - information that is all over the internet saying not to use it.

The receptionists are really lovely and nice. However during my first visit, Doctor K gave out weird prescriptions (according to the pharmacist), and somehow it took me a lot longer to recover. It’s just fever and cough so it’s ok. My second visit was with Dr Azadeh Khatibi, and honestly apart from being unfriendly, she was also very calculative. After my body checkup I mentioned that I probably need some pills for my tonsillitis problem (I had the same issue before so I know I needed antibiotics) but she refuse to give me that and when I had other enquires she just tell me to make another appointment. The whole visit was less than 10 minutes, and she just refuse to answer a couple of more questions. Was very impatient and unprofessional. Might try to see other doctors but the clinic should probably be more aware of their doctors attitude towards patient.

Dr Chloe Wong was really professional and nice, so if you still want to visit this clinic I would recommend this doctor:)

I took my mum there who is visiting on holiday with an injured ankle. The doctor was great and advised that we would be better off heading to the hospital.
Didn't expect to still be charged $70 for it though, she didn't even look at it.

Wonderful doctors. High level of expertise and great manners. I've seen a few of the doctors here, Dr Khatibi and Dr Nick are amazing, and they always give me the best of care. Make sure you book in advance though, they always fully booked out.

The doctors at Acland Street Medical are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and take their time with me so I don't feel rushed. Reception staff are very friendly and I love that the clinic bulk bills appointments even when I need to see a doctor late at night and on weekends.

Good quality healthcare. Very thorough attentive doctors. Friendly receptionists. They bulk bill for their services, which is unusual. I expected to pay cash for the consultation like that. The doctor spent long time with me on both occasions I was there. She did not rush me through the consultation at all. Very good service. Highly recommended.
