Booked in with amazing and polite reception. Called a couple times and they were great. Dr Sima was 1.5hr late. No communication, no apology. Found her to be rude and terrible listener. Ask reception for a different doctor. Dr Sima was terrible

Dr Sima is as others have stated in Reviews. Rude, doesn't listen, was 1.5hrs late and not even a mention of apology. I said we are looking for a new GP but I don't see her again. Not all the docs are like her but do avoid Dr Sima.

Dr Sima Kazarouni changed my life. I have been in and out of Doctor appointments my whole life with little success of finding a diagnosis until Dr Kazarouni listened to me (properly) and ensured all the correct tests, procedures, diagnosis and medication was prescribed. Not usually one to write reviews but I am extremely grateful and lucky to have found a doctor who listened and took the time to understand. Would recommend.

Excellent service here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the GP I spoke with was incredibly professional. This is a really top-rate medical centre.

I visited Acland Street Medical centre number of times and always been impressed by Dr Azadeh Khatibi professionalism and great knowledge to identify and manage my health concerns. I highly recommend her, really caring and kind person to have as your Family GP.

I've been going here for about 10 years because they're close to my home, but this practice has a panel of the most incompetent doctors I've ever seen. Some can't calculate the number of pills to prescribe, they're dishonest, uncaring, don't listen to the patients, and just generally incompetent. Their doctors' notes and referrals are full of spelling errors, grammatical errors and incomplete sentences. They also take advantage of people who don't have Medicare or health insurance, charging hundreds and hundreds of dollars without warning. There was one good doctor who worked here about 5 years ago but unfortunately he left long ago.

Great medical centre with friendly front end staff and experienced doctors providing excellent service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need.

Amazing Clinic! Always a friendly and helpful service. The staff went above and beyond chasing up my previous results from past years from the pathologies and radiology clinics! Dr Siavash Saadatian gave me such great care and time explaining everything in detail and making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend. Wonderful clinic!

I have been seeing Dr Kazerouni for a few months now and I am so glad I found her. She is an excellent doctor. She is always willing to help me and she goes above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Dr Kazerouni.

I can't even give this place one star. Booking the appointment was an ordeal and it didn't stop there; terrible experience from the moment I walked in and stormed out.

The receptionist was on her phone the whole time and completely disinterested in any sort of customer service.

Dr Azadeh Khatibi was running a whopping 1 hour late, which again the receptionist didn't even mention when I arrived. I walked out cancelling the appointment. It's great to have a practise that runs later hours in the area however I will not be heading here again.

From the look of things, it really looks like this place needs to lift its game. Come on Acland Street Medical - these reviews need to be taken seriously.

The clinic is well maneged. The Doctors are very professional and take very good care of you. I'm glad to have seen Dr Sia who is very much capable of taking care of you when you require urgent medical attention. The reception staff were very polite and empathetic too. Highly recommend the doctors in this clinic.

Dr Martin was good in assessing and taking his time out to explain me.would highly recommend this medical centre, never once disappointed me.bulk billed too

The Acland st medical team are such beautiful and kind people. I came in with my mother who suffers from dementia - and Ella the woman at the front desk was so patient, caring, and helpful. It made the whole experience so easy, they really accommodated for my mother and made her feel very safe and welcome. I'll be organising the rest of my mothers appointments here

I went to this clinic complaining about shortness of breath and without even examining me the doctor prescribed me anti anxiety meds. I went to a different GP and after running numerous tests and seeing a specialist I have been diagnosed with a lung disease. Even at the best of times this would be a disgusting level of negligence but given the state of the world it is down right dangerous to be this apathetic in your job as a doctor. Do not go to this clinic. They don't care about you.

I have never felt so humiliated by anyone as I was on my last visit to this practise and I will never step foot in there again. I let a lot of things slide over the past couple of years.but being made to feel like a complete piece of trash and leaving in tears because of how I was treated is the last straw. Never again.

Useless. Dr Khatibi gave me a pathology request although I gave her results of one pathology report already… she mentioned it might be an error without even pointing out what the problem might be. Second pathology report confirmed first one and I lost time and money again without handling my problem. This can be very dangerous for people.
No doctor report provided and she came late to the telecom station.
Lost 70$ for this useless appointment with her.
Avoid unless this practice puts more effort into really serving customers.

Coming to Acland Street Medical clinic feels like coming to a factory. I don't mind waiting for an appointment even if it's very delayed but at least I'd like to receive a time and assistance that I need and, unfortunately, most of the time I feel like the doctor wants to hand you a piece of paper and let you out which makes you feel really unwelcome and frustrated. I've dealt with dr Azadeh Khatibi who was really rude and unprofessional and dr Tayebeh Kazeuroni who I found quite insensitive. This is not a way to welcome & assist patients.
