I was having a really awful time and was quite upset. The lovely ladies behind the reception were so understanding and supportive. Thank you.

During my visit to the clinic, I kindly asked Dr Farhang Fathi for a minor modification to my GP referral. Specifically, I needed to update the recipient details. To my astonishment, my request was met with a refusal. The clinic insisted that I must schedule a $70 phone consultation with my Dr Sima Kazerouni in order to make this straightforward amendment to the referral.

This policy not only appeared to be a blatant money-making scheme but also raised questions about the clinic's commitment to patient convenience and satisfaction. It left me baffled as to why such a minor change could not be accommodated during my in-person visit, especially when the referral was still valid for 12 months.

Furthermore, the reception staff consistently rude, fail to answer phone calls promptly, and do not respond to emails in a timely fashion.

Needless to say I will not be returning.

I’ve only started visiting this centre this year because my favourite GP started working here, Dr Farhang Fathi. He is incredibly invested in the well-being of his patients and has always provided me with the best care, which is why I travel across town just to see him! As for the place itself, the renovations are fantastic and the staff are always friendly. Thank you!

I have to give one star based on very poor service that reception gives. I had some important tests done and was meant to be contacted by them for the results, which just not has happened. I have tried to call them many times and always a recording that is not helpful or the recording saying - they are closed, even though they are open. They charge money now for this low quality poor service that they give. This clinic emphasises that they expect respect, which is fair – but they need a manger that knows how to give some good customer service and show back that they respect their clients time and money that they pay!

This medical centre is amazing, Doctors, & admin staff & receptionists and the nurse all are helpful & accommodating & thorough & exemplary at their job & extend kind, compassionate & premium service. I absolutely love going to Acland street Medical Centre because I know I wil be well looked after

The receptionist is happy and helpful and I have seen Dr Afshin a few times now and he has my general health on track.

I booked an appointment in the evening and they were closed. None of their numbers were answering. Dr. Azadeh wasn’t even there. Very unprofessional. Not the first time happening. Don’t recommend this clinic at all.

Was an OK GP for basic items but generally all about rushing the issue.
Quite often doctors are late (by a fair amount).

Hard to get an appointment when needed.

When to book an appointment but now charges out of pocket fees as of 27 February. Not worth the fee for the service.

Always has great staff. I've heard it's turning from public to private. A shame.

Great and professional. Generally cares about concerns and goes above and beyond for his patients. Great with Mental health, can say this doctor has saved my life many times.

Dr Frank is fantastic but the clinic is no longer accepting telehealth appointments. Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility and having to travel hours for a repeat prescription with my family doctor.

The booking system is a disgrace. It is very user unfriendly and ineffective. Last two Teleconsults have not taken place with no call at any time and no explanation. After attending one face to face appointment I received an sms chiding me for not showing up. I have found the Web booking on my phone via the app did not work and via a PC not easy. In the end it led to me seeing a Dr different to the one initially booked with. Telephone answering simply does not exist. Most recently (today) I listened through 15 minutes of menu and music before giving up. This has been my experience with the last three phone calls. I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. The previous GPs have retired and it is as if the practice does not exist. Heaven help anyone without a PC

Booked in advance and the doctor took 45min to see me.
All I wanted was a blood test.
Doctor was super rude, she clearly didn’t want to be there.
Argued with me when I asked for a fertility test that a fertility clinic recommended for me to do it.
Don’t recommend to anyone.

A couple of the doctors I have seen here I would rate as 4-5 stars but the reason for the low overall rating is the apathetic and inept reception staff. Please can someone train them to communicate with patients, to take responsibility for basic admin tasks and how to use a telephone (eg how to answer calls and leave messages).

Azadeh Khatibi has been absolute caring, diligent and professional doctor for me over the past three years. Her outstanding knowledge gives me confidence in her management of my medical concerns. Have seen a few doctors at the clinic over time when she hasn't been available but rate her the absolute top. She listens, shows genuine concern and follows up.

I don't know the other doctors but I've been seeing Dr Sima Kazerouni for the last year. I finally find a reliable doctor that I trust and I can talk to. She is ALWAYS kind, positive, helpful, clear and she gives good advices. I totally recommend.
