I don’t write many reviews but wanted to praise the good service I receive at Access Medical Knox, particularly with Dr Molner. I know Dr Molner takes great care, and is always very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend people see him.

Not even wroth giving 1 star, 0 star is what they deserve. Every staff is so rude and that Indian doctor with glasses she does absolutely nothing and will literally ignore you while you're talking

Worst clinic I have ever been to. The receptionists are nice but the Male Dr I saw was beyond rude and rushed to a point my issue wasn't addressed. I would definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone ever.

I have been coming here for several years and have found the place pretty good, but my last few appointments, I left very un-satisfied and quite angry and fed-up. I had an appointment for my primary-school age daughter at 8.50am with one of the GPs. We arrived at 8.40 and was told there was only one appointment ahead of us, an elderly couple. However we had to wait a grand total of one hour and twenty minutes for the GP to see that couple. When I finally took my daughter in at 10.10, the GP rushed us through, as if she realised she was now far behind in her appointments so she wanted to hurry us through to catch up. She barely gave us 5 minutes! She didn't listen to what we were saying, made an instant diagnosis and virtually shoved us out of the room. Obviously the elderly couple prior to us were a special case- maybe friends or relatives of hers?
The last few times I have attended there, the waiting time has been at least an hour, on one occasion it was nearly two!
The final time I went there, I had a referral letter from a doctor at Ferntree Gully hospital. My son had injured his arm and had had an X-Ray. The letter was simply a request for a GP to check the movements of the arm to make sure it was healing. After waiting over an hour (as usual), the GP who saw us became irritable and angry as soon as she saw the letter. Barely reading it, she became flustered, saying that 'the hospital has hand-balled the job' and that they should have sent a copy of the x-ray. Refusing to deal with it, she told us in an abrupt tone to go back out into the waiting room so she could see her next patient while the recpetionist phoned the hospital. Her manner was appalling, she was almost yelling as she told us to leave her office, she completely over-reacted and was unable to handle anything that apparently involved any work that didn't involve tapping the keyboard of her computer. Basically the GP just didn't want to deal with it. I am a nurse and I was disgusted with her attitude- maybe she is just burnt out, has lost her empathy and simply wants to drift along in a comfortable little rut.
I will not be attending this place again! You have been warned.

Absolutely appalled. This place does not even deserve a one star rating, more like zero stars. Made an appointment to see "Doctor" Dhillon a few weeks ago, she kept us waiting AN HOUR while patients went in and out of the waiting room being tended to by other doctors. When our time finally arrived, we followed her to the room and she was nothing but rude, absolutely zero empathy and rushed us along. Oh and of course no apology for running an hour late. She didn't do a thorough check or ask questions about why we were there, it felt more like she was trying to force us out the door because she was running behind or in a bad mood. Extremely unprofessional, maybe the worst I've seen at a doctors office. One of her pearls of wisdom included "Well, what do you want me to do about it? " as if she had no idea how to do her job and handle the medical problem discussed. You normally expect a doctor has a duty of care to their patients. Go here and you'll see they really DON'T care at all about patients. I won't be going back here and will let everyone I care about know to avoid it. It's not worth it. Health comes first and I'd rather travel a little further for a doctor who cares a bit, knows their stuff and respects your appointment time.

Do not see Dr Jayantha! She is rude, even yawning while I was talking. Diagnosed me with a virus based on the few symptoms I told her and without asking any further questions then just asked if I wanted a medical certificate. She offered no treatment options or advice so I ended up just walking out. Absolute disgrace!
