Only went here as my regular doctor was booked out. I am not at all surprised by all the bad reviews. Dr Molnar is the rudest, most condescending doctor with absolutely no bedside manner. If you have lost passion for your job it's probably time to retire.

To wait an hour and 40 minutes for a pre booked appointment is not great. Not the 1st time this has happened

So many Dr at this place are really really bad. I have had one or 2 that were very good but as a whole terrible. I was diagnosed with hypertension, they put me on meds, got a horrific rash, and swelling in my joints, went back they said I had ringworm. (looked nothing like ringworm) told me I had allergies.when I suggested it could be the meds.was told no.had so so so many tests done.spent so so so much money on drugs, creams, specialist.could not go to work for 4 months (I did go to work several times and was sent home because I looked like a swollen freak show). I was so sick.after doing research myself found out the med I was on are known for the reaction I had.went off them, after a week I was back without rash.went back to Dr to get referral for a specialist for the hypertension and in the referral the Dr wrote that I'd gone off the meds but he believed that had nothing to do with the rash! Idiots!

Team of Doctors and staff at Access medical centre are very good, courteous and professional, especially Dr Karim, Dr Marali, Nursing staff and receptionist.

Hasn't been updated in 25+ years and the doctors are just as off hand and rude as they were when I visited the clinic a long time ago. If you need a descent GP, find somewhere else.

Clinic is clean, generally quiet in the mornings as I like to do my appointment during the first hour of opening to avoid the peak hour rush. I did a consult with 2 other doctors before my current doctor and those 2 were quite dismissive hence the change of GP for the third time. Convenient location as 2 pharmacies are located nearby in case I need to purchase medications and there’s also a pathology clinic nearby if I need to do blood tests as required. One less star as the reception staff can be a hit or miss.

The reception staff are rude and totally unprofessional.

Today they had an argument (in full sight of everyone) over the efpos machine. A few weeks ago they where whining about their annual leave and how it wasnt being rolled over.
I shouldn'r have to listen to these conversations.

Thank goodness the doctors are good.

The doctor showed up 30 minutes late.

They didn't fully close the door and spoke loudly.

It was clear the entire interaction that they were trying to usher me out as quickly as possible.

Dr Dhillion was extremely rude my partner went in to request a letter and brought all backing documentation she refused when he asked why she was extremely rude and told us to rebook with another dr, we arrived at 9.30 waited to 10.45am for the appointment after driving there do not recommend using her!

Be prepared to wait.

Booked an appointment, and turned up 5 minutes early. 1 hour later, still waiting.

I get that doctors are busy, and it's not a good time of year, but when the walk-in right in front of me, that shows up to the wrong clinic, gets seen before me, it's really annoying. To add insult to it, no one cares.

The only reason why not one star is because I have had a good experience with none but one doctor.

Why do I keep coming back,
- they bulk bill.
- they always seem to have an appointment, but as I've experienced a few times now, you're better off just walking in when it's convenient for you.

Enter at own risk for appointments or other doctors.

I’ve had plenty mediocre experiences at this practise but today has just been the final straw.

I had a face to face appointment booked at 12.40pm. Of course that came and went as is the usual with this place and at 1.10pm another patient was called in to see the doctor I was booked in to see.

I asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment as I could wait any longer having taken time out of work. The receptionist offered to reschedule and I said I needed the script today so not to worry about it. The receptionist offered for the doctor to call me when she was ready for the appointment which was a great alternative.

I’ve just had the call from the doctor who told me she can’t prescribe the medication I need because it’s not prescribed over the phone? !

Just the last in a comedy of errors from this practise. Every single time I’ve been to this doctor my ailment has been blamed on my weight - even down to a nasal infection.

If you want to see a doctor on time who will actually listen to you rather than just saying everyone is because you’re overweight then don’t visit this place.

Fantastic Doctors, Nurses & Reception Team. Very professional people & very helpful + caring in every meeting. I’ll never go anywhere else! I recommend ️️

I have had a number of bad experiences here, my experience today? They open at 9am, but no doctors show up at 9am! They say its a Saturday and they are in short supply of doctors. But I booked this a few days ago so it was not a surprise booking and I have other things I need to do today. Its a Saturday and I have been working all week so I have errands to catch up on.

Previous visit? They were running late and I didn't push them why my appointment was running an hour late, turns out they never finished checking me into the system so the computer marked me as a no show it seemed. I was in pain with a UTI and when I came up after an hour I was made to feel like it was my fault for not coming up earlier.like im sorry you said you were running late so how was I to know you wernt running an hour late?

I enjoy my experience at Access Medical and have been going here for over 4 years now. Even my toddler and hubby visits when they need. I can book an appt so quickly that I can even get a spot with my regular GP on the day! I am always taken care of and left reassured about what I need to do to get well again.

I seriously don't understand how this clinic is aways running late and can't get their act together. Even booking the first appointment of the day, the gp waltzed in late and we were not seen until well after appointment time. Clinic is also stingy enough to charge for a face mask if you forget to bring one. Poor effort

Never had a problem here until today, I saw dr Molnar and I have never ever been spoken to so condescending by a medical professional … absolutely disgusted in his attitude and lack of empathy or care. Wouldn’t bother booking in here just be charged almost $100 to wait over half an hour, then walk out in tears and no help given …

Don't claim to be bulk bill and then try to charge when you come in for the appointment.
Completely wasted my time and totally unprofessional.
Absolutely disgusting experience, not to mention the attitude of the staff.

An appointment booked for 10: 50am, finally get called in at 11: 50am.

No care or apology by reception.

Have some consideration to tell people you’re running an hour late when they arrive.

I visited Friday, told dr I think I may have tonsillitis. He prescribed script without even looking at my throat or any other question. I was in there for less than 2 min. My son had a booked time today. Got there before his time slot by 5 min. Only two other people inside. An hour an 10 min later and 10 people who walk in after him get seen first, he finally gets seen to. I know drs are under the pump and appreciate everything they do, but this is ridiculous

The most awful doctors practice to attend.your receptionist Dharti was so rude towards my partner and son and then Dr Ann Freeman decided she wanted to step in and threaten to kick them out because he was trying to understand why you would be charging a long consult fee when he was in there for 5mins. What a horrible experience for my son to witness. I’ll never recommended you guys to anyone. No wonder you have 1.9 star rating!
