This clinic is always extremely disappointing, every appointment I’ve had here has been at a minimum of 40 minutes late even if I have the first appointment of the day! The doc just hasn’t shown up yet! This place is genuinely a pathetic excuse of a medical centre. The only advantage is t possibility for same day appointments, I wonder why…

I went and saw Dr Pavarthy Murali twice, Wednesday and today. I have never seen a dr or another person for that matter be so rude in my life!
She constantly cuts you off in conversations even if she has asked a question! On Wednesday she kept cutting me off but i didnt say anything, i thought maybe she was having a bad day. I had to go back and today was worse, i even politely asked her to please stop talking over the top of me but she wasnt able to. She even cut me off when i tried to apologise! Plenty of good drs at this center. Do yourself a favour and dont waste your time with this incredibly rude one

Discriminatory against people with mask exemptions. Tried to insist on me wearing one. Tried to tell me the doctor wouldn't see me without one. I had to insist that I had an exemption. They asked if the exemption were through the clinic. I had to inform them that legally no paperwork is needed for it. They checked with the doctor, who agreed to see me without a mask, but then they refused to allow me to sit in the waiting room - I had to stay outside until called. There is no seating outside and I did not drive there (plus it's winter and rather chilly). I gave up and cancelled my appointment.

Honestly my experience has never been bad expect for today. Asked if I have cold or flu symptoms and said yes I have a cough (which I’ve had for a week now) and got told to wait in the car for a telehealth appointment. I know I don’t have Covid but when it came too my appointment I asked if the doctor could listen to my chest she immediately said no and sent me to do PCR testing. No further questions were asked about other symptoms. I get protocol but still what about some care and further investigation not just jumping straight down the Covid path. I left very upset, will be the last time I go here.

Reception wouldn’t take the time to give me their email address, even though she instructed me to email the clinic my test results. She stated she didn’t have time to give me the email and ended the call. This email is not on their websites. This clinic lacks basic patient care, have very poor communication skills and are very rude to patients. Very disappointing.

I don’t normally give bad reviews, but I was shocked at the change to this clinic. We have attended here for years, then suddenly they wanted to charge my child $167 to be seen! They were extremely rude on the phone and staff hate working there. Such a shame but like I said, I don’t like to leave bad reviews. Hit the helpful button if this helped.

Dr Murali is by far the most thorough doctor I have seen in my life. If you want to genuinely look after your health I would recommend her 100%

$75 fee just if you haven’t been there in over a year. That’s ridiculous? ! What’s the point in calling yourself bill billed? I’ll tell you there is a reason people don’t return to you for over a year. Absolute joke no wonder you have 2 stars… pretty sad for a medical practice.

My 6yr old was sick with a severe cough. Tested negative for covid but still they did not let her see a doctor! Had no choice but to take her to access because there were no appointments at other clinics and she is on their records still. Awful and definitely not going back!

What a joke, if you haven't been sick enough to need a dr there in the last 12 months you no longer qualify for bulk billing. Great way to "treat" patients.

I was of a mind not to come to this clinic since so many reviews are bad. I thought I would come anyway out of convenience because I could get an appointment. The Doctor was efficient, thorough and sorted my issue. No complaints.

This is the worst doctors in this area if not Victoria. The receptionist is the rudest most unaccommodating human I’ve ever come in contact with. This is an absolute disgrace. If I could review negative stars, I would in a heart beat.

The Doctors at this clinic have treated all members of my immediate family for at least 18 years. The clinic is busy and they bulk bill. This in itself is a rarity these days. They put patients first. Consequently there may be delays in getting seen on time. Reception is extremely busy but have heart.

They don't care if you're vaxed, have been negative on every rona rest type for a month and have 0 symptoms apart from a cough which is why you're there - they'll tell you to go clog up our over worked ERs rather than just take up your offer of them just emailing you a x ray referral. Because that's all I'd like so I can rule out pneumonia but whatever I'll go stop people in actual need from quickly getting emergency care! Then if one person dies because I'm clogging up the system then just know it's on your soul not mine. 0/5 stars

1 star is far too much. Perhaps the entire clinic doesn’t deserve this rating but one particular doctor certainly does.

My partner is a covid symptomatic patient working in aged care. She was not able to attend the clinic due to being Covid symptomatic. Subsequently a Telehealth appointment was organised. This was organised by the reception staff and under their advice.

She took the initiative to go and get a PCR test. She is not allowed to attend work with ANY Covid symptoms for obvious reasons.

Dr Robert Mulnar called 45min late and told my partner he doesn’t care about her situation and she needs to come in to be assessed and he was extremely rude about it. She tried to explain to him reception staff has said she is not allowed to come in but he just cut her off and repeated that he doesn’t care and she could be suffering from meningitis so she needs to be assessed.
Because he was so rude she hung up the phone and burst into tears in front of the kids.
I immediately tried to call the clinic back to hear why my partner is in tears but was on hold for ten minutes before I gave up.

Disgraceful conduct from a “medical professional” who should be empathetic to their patients medical concerns at the very least. If reception won’t let her in and the doctor wants her to be assessed, perhaps a verbal referral to the local hospital may have been appropriate rather than “I don’t care. ” What kind of doctor tells their patient they don’t care!

The end care plan for my partner here is she is in tears and has been told she might be suffering meningitis, while experiencing Covid symptoms. That’s where it stopped. The doctor could have called her back to see why the phone call was cut short and to give her some actual advice, but his duty of care obviously stops at “I don’t care you could be suffering meningitis. ”

Will be investigating what further action can be taken through the relevant authorities.

Do not use this clinic.

Rude reception staff who don’t even attempt to find solutions to problems they create. Do not go here.

I had covid 2 weeks ago and have tested negative on a RAT since.even though i have recovered it has severely triggered my asthma since and i just need a prednisolone prescription to stop literally choking 24/7.im told i need to get a negative PCR - mate people don’t get a negative PCR for months after having covid.and there’s no option for telehealth because i haven’t seen this specific doctor.ffs i had to take the earliest appointment i could.this is absolutely ridiculous.clearly you can only go to the GP if you’re in full health

Fantastic clinic. I got my immunizations there and I didn’t even feel it! Nurse Tahira was amazing and extremely helpful, as was Dr Kumar as well. We have moved the entire family over to this clinic and highly recommend. I am glad they bulk bill. My 4yr old didn’t cry for his immunisations - Tahira is so gentle!

I have been having a rough run. Stress anxiety etc. I talked it over with the doctor, and we worked out some solutions to make my lifestyle better. I was worried I needed meds. I just needed to talk to someone I could trust. Thank you Dr Molner.
