Terrible and dehumanising experience. Rude, rushed, and made me feel like I’d done something wrong by coming there at all (which I did because my regular doctor was booked out). Strongly advise not to use this clinic

Dr Jayantha Weerasinghe is a danger. She is so incompetent eventually she will end up really harming someone. I came to her with a chest infection and she didn’t even listen to my chest. The second time I came to her with the same issue I had to force her to check my chest. She just hands out antibiotics like they’re lollies. I asked questions in the meeting that she didn’t even acknowledge. It was like I was invisible, apart from telling me to leave the door open when I left (no please).
My husband had an ingrown toenail and she didn’t even look at it, just prescribed antibiotics again. In the age of antibiotic resistance this is appalling. Need, ess to say he will need to go elsewhere to get his toe fixed. He was also horrified by her service.
Booking online is annoying because you can’t see who your appointment is with so you have to call to book so you don’t end up getting an appointment with her. She’s the same doctor everyone on here is rating 1 star. The other doctors are all fine.

Not good.had to get second opinion elsewhere to find out what I already knew! Too busy shoving people in and out to take the time to make a thorough diagnosis.

I had an appointment on Saturday afternoon with Jayantha Weerasinghe and it was horrible. I was rushed in after she believed that she was finished for the day although i had booked an appointment, she did not sit down the whole 30 seconds that i was in the room. She did not listen to my problems, told me immediately i needed antibiotics all whilst sneezing and wiping her hands everywhere and packing her bags. She also did not even hand me my script, just put it on the table and told me to leave the door open on my way out.

Dr Dhillon was so rude and dismissive of my symptoms. The way she spoke to me was so unprofessional and I felt as though I was not taken seriously and I should not have even been there in the first place. To be made to feel like this is completely unacceptable and very rare in my experience. I will definately not be returning to this practice.

Absolutely terrible GP, old indian women, consultation lasted about 45 seconds, I told her what condition I had and she printed out a prescription for antibiotics and just handed it to me and said that's all she could do, she didnt even examine me at all! Absolute disgraceful treatment. To make matters worse antibiotics rarely work in this situation and all I wanted a referral to a private surgeon and some strong anti inflammatorys to help the pain.

Excellent clinic with very professional staff. Nurse Tahira is lovely. Very pleased I found this place.

I went in a while ago and an old Indian woman doctor was on the phone talking to her friend during my appointment completely ignoring me, after my 2nd trip here she walked away while many patients were waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Terrible service. I would rather die of a sickness then get treated here

Really enjoyed my experience as a first time patient at Access Medical Centre. The centre is beautiful and clean, my morning appointment began precisely on time and the Drs. Anne's consultation made me feel confident that I was in experienced hands. I needed a blood test, and was glad to find pathology in the same building accessible without any wait. The radiology is also close by, making the entire experience very seamless.

My appoinment was 10.20 but when i finally went in was 11, and doctor was an old indian woman which im not happy with at all, she barely checked my symptomes and threw me an script.the whole thing took 2 minutes or maybe less.

I went there with almost in tears feeling so dizzy, I haven’t eaten in 19 hours since my throat is so swollen, hurts to talk and hurts to drink water. All I got was a rude doctor that told me to let nature run it’s course. When all I want is some painkillers so I can sit my sacs tomorrow

Its a great Clinic! Extremely friendly Doctors and support staff. Liz assisted me the other night when my appointment was running late. Her customer service skills were excellent.

The receptionists I spoke to. I called up after being turned away from another clinic and I was booked on the next day! The medical staff were AMAZING they put all my needs first and I felt like I was cared for with the upmost professionalism. I was so happy with everything. I can not recommend this a better place!

The staff members where very polite and explained everything until I understood it, would recommend!

Dr Ann Freeman was thorough kind and caring. She really calmed me down and gave me clear guidance on how to deal with my "health issues".

Delighted with the care I've recently had from both Dr Molner and nurse Tahira. Both work perfectly as a team and are professional, cheerful and caring. Couldn't ask for better. Well done guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would.

The clinic it’s self is cluttered and dirty (there was a hungry jacks coke spilt everywhere and no one attempted to clean it).

I was left waiting for over an hour, asked the unhelpful receptionist mulitiple times how much longer she kept tell me I was next on list!

When I finally got to see doctor rosemary king, she was half arse listening to what I had to say. AND THEN.the phone started ringing and she cut me off without apologising and answered the phone, it’s was the reception who when put a patient and she began a conversation with them and ignored me. I was appalled

I’m disgusted that this practice is still open. I’m that appalled I feel like this practise needs to be reported

Highly recommend Dr Dhillon, i have never had a dr who genuninly cares and takes the time to help and listen. Too many drs rush patients in and out. Dhillon will take the time to assess your problem and help.

Made an appointment and am waiting now for over 1 hour and 45 min for my time slot which was just ridiculous.

I was in a bit of a pickle the other day didnt feel well. Dr King was kind and thorough got me on antibiotics and reassured me about the process. I felt like i was in good hands.
