66Constant delays and the drivers are very unprofessional. They are on their headphones talking to their relatives overseas the entire time. Sudden heart stopping brakes are normal
The staff is not enough trained to talk and solve issue, it seems they hate cab driver, no respect rude customer service, hang up phone on them

I suggest mates to book 13 cab by app or get contact number of ur cab driver for future but avoid Oakliegh 13 cab office staff
The Oakleigh office staff is rude and untrained, no good customer service. Not Happy from thier service to book taxi or resolve a issue
It is extremely nice of the driver to take me to Ringwood East and back for free but charge the full amount to my half price taxi card both ways as a once off since I accidentally left my wallet at home.

They just focus on making new cabs not solve the problems of cabs which are already in market
Arranged an amazing airport pickup with Jassi for my mother in law. She doesn't speak much English and Jassi was amazing from start to finish.
