66Was picked up this morning by Abukar, absolutely sensational driver. Cab was immaculate and smelled great.well done!
Driver M6200 was scheduled to pick us up at 12.15pm. I received a message the cab was approaching at 12.04pm but was still in a meeting. There was no call to check in, and the driver left at 12.15pm without notice. Still waiting for another cab 25 minutes later. Poor service.
So we arrived in Sydney a couple of weeks ago and a 13 cabs car driver with a really long beard pulled up and said 'okay Jump in' I said we are going to Capitol Square Hotel in syndey' its about 15/20 minutes away, and I asked how much and he said its on meter, prior to this our hotel said it would cost around 35 dollars, to get a taxi from the airport that was a rough guide anyway he pulled up outside the hotel and clicks a few buttons on the meter which we couldn't see for the entire journey and says 'that will be 93 dollars' which is just crazy! Then my partner gave him 100 dollars and we waited for the change, he said thankyou, he went to his car, we assumed he was getting change and he just drove off. Absolute joke of a driver and very very dissapointing start to Sydney, he was obviously a thief and fraud
Absolutely disgusting staff.

Driver in the taxi rank refused to give me a ride and he refused to move on so the next driver could take me. Apparently it was a quick 25 min walk and too short a trip. (I was only 8 months pregnant at the time.) I have the driver's details if 13 cabs are interested in improvement.but I don't think they are.
Booking a cab in Melbourne CBD via the call centre you’d think you’d get a cab fairly quickly? Oh no, 35 minutes I waited. What’s even worse is the drivers call you, asking if you’re at the pick up destination. Why wouldn’t I be? Then they ask where I’m going to decide if it’s a fare they’d like. Or the driver calls to say they’ll be some ridiculous timeframe like 15 minutes on top of already waiting 10 minutes despite them accepting the job. Terrible. Any wonder Uber is dominating.
Wheelchair cab driver beeped at me, wound down their window and hurled abuse at me for their own lack of understanding of the road rules. I'm glad my grandma never has to use their service and I feel sorry for those that do.
Somehow my comment got deleted. I'm still waiting for you guys to give me a reply about your driver M3311 took us to police station and over charged us from the mistake he did.
Booked and confirmed 1 hour ago, then disappear, cannot say more to Indian drivers, 90% time not on time
Taxi tech
Horrible customer service in taxi tech department. No respect to drivers and their time. Making fun on driver and make feel that driver are dum and idiot. At least pay respect to drivers who pay almost $771 as radio admin fee and because of that your jobs are secured in taxi tech. I will not recommend to anyone to work with 13 cab as their are lot of alternative available.
This is company's one of the main office in Melbourne. If you want to own and operate a business in the taxi industry, they are the current leaders in Melbourne area. Check with them over the phone or visit their Oakleigh office.
Driver overcharged me and when i complaint 13 did not even send me a reply back. Worst operator too
The 13Cabs app is a joke, no response from 13Cabs when drivers overcharge, 5% surcharge for card payment is a rip-off.

Absolute moron taxi driver, very dangerous on road. Trying to overtake in form two lane (from 3) with a car already infront of him. Then pursues to get angry and speeds infront of us and purposely overtakes and breaks in between 2 lanes to try cause an accident.
Booked a cab.the driver never turned up.rang again and complained to the operator and told her "Uber is more reliable" she hung up on me! No wonder, Uber rules.
I am one 13 cans driver I cleared my theoretical assessment for wheelchair Taxi more than two months ago and I’d been told to wait now they are saying you have to do everything again and have to pay the full fees again. These is totally unfair. I think it’s useless to work with these people. They don’t even respond to your call
Terrible service. We booked a maxi cab to go to Melbourne airport 24hours in advance. A regular taxi arrived, and the office said that we would have to wait another 1 hour for a maxi cab. They did not acknowledge our booking. We had 5 people and all our luggage which would not fit in a regular taxi but they did not care. We had to get family to take us instead with 2 cars. Very disappointed and will not be using taxis ever again.
Spoke to the rudest lady ever! I tried ordering a cab and she spoke to my like I was 2 years old and didn’t understand English when I was just trying to work out what taxi to catch. Never catching one ever again
