The drivers are always on the phone so it's hard to tell if they r talking to u or to the person on the phone.lol. With Uber, Ola and Didi and the discounts offered, there is no point in using taxis anymore.

Probably the worst cab company I’ve used, the drivers are all rude and quite unheigenic as well as unsafe when it comes to their driving. Just do yourself a favor, stick to Uber, you’ll save money too!

It's the worst. At the time of booking it shows minimum amount and at the time of billing it charges way too much. Very expensive dont go for it.

Awful customer service over the phone.
And they wonder why taxi company's are been taken over by uber.
Lazy and poor effort to understand the customers
I will stick to uber in future.

Typically use Uber but had no internet service to use the app, so decided to call a Cab. No wonder Uber is disrupting the industry. Service from 13cabs (both in the cab and Reception) was horrible and expensive.

Used cabs 3 times. 1st time car was faded with broken door rest etc in the interior. Driver ride and got yelled at by another driver for not indicating. 2nd driver was good. 3rd driver rude and when stopped at destination double parked and asked to hurry to pay and get out.

Booked a taxi the day before and it never turned up, tried calling to see how far away it was and spent over 10 mins on hold with no answer. Can’t even say worst service because there was no service.

Been waiting at Flemington for over half an hour for a taxi.
No taxis. They complain Uber had taken their business but they aren’t where the people need them. It’s Kennedy oaks Day after the last race

Terrible no professionalism, sped up to not give way to another vehicle then words exchanged berween drivers and then when moving away decided to cut driver off! GO UBER!

Driver was almost nodding off at the wheel, and almost got in a collision on the motorway. Reported but management didn't even seem to care

Ordered a taxi the previous day, from our car rental place to the airport for our international flight early morning, it didnt turn up, after ringing them they said sorry we will get you one asap. It turned up an hour late, we almost missed our flight and had to run with two kids. Would not recommend them, especially if you need them to be on time! Unreliable that's for sure!

Today I had a bad day, i took taxi from south melbourne to sunshine and it took me more than 40 min to get there because of the stupid drive who was turning in every corner! And I took another one from sunshine west to melbourne airport, this one was driving like a turtle until I missed my flight. I had to change my flight to tomorrow. I won’t recommend anyone this taxi cabs. Gee I forgot more than 15 min I waited for the cab to arrive at my place, and keeping calling and the machine telling me that the tax is in 865 meters. Not to mention that they ripped me off $97 plus $85 I had to pay to tiger for rescheduling my flight.

But taxi charges what ever they want
I call 13cap to asked no answer and She said call next day

I got a yellow cab from the NGV to high street in Melbourne and got charged $20. What an absolute rip off, was told it cost more because it’s a higher rate because of the time?

It’s a taxi and it’s called a service it should be a flat rate, if you want people to use your company then this should not happen. Nothing but a disgusting money grab at the general public. I haven’t used your service for along time and I’d say that was the last.

I've had a very positive experience with this company. After losing something important to my 2 year old in one of their taxis, the supervisor at head office went out of his way to locate the driver and put us in contact. I was most impressed with the service. Thank you again.

Never fails to disappoint! Archaic operating model, drivers are rarely friendly, never know where they're going and often ask the passenger to direct. Lazy and picky with trips, all of which would be acceptable if they were cheaper than ubers but they aren't. Also take forever to get there if you call. The list goes on. Obsolete. Please fix
