If I could give a 0 I would! Pre booked a cab to take us to the airport. 30 minutes after my booked time they are still “finding me a cab”. What’s the point of pre booking and still having to wait over 30 minutes. Ended up cancelling and called an Uber instead.

I booked online for my mum and chose to pay by card once the trip is completed but the driver had the audacity to ask my mum for cash and he demanded to see the cash before taking her to the airport!

So now they charged us twice and I've called customer service twice who said that the refund has been processed! But I've been waiting for more then 14 business days and still it has not been refunded! NEVER AGAIN!

Worst ever drivers and never pickup the jobs in local area because of less fare. Instead of teaching the drivers 13 cabs charged me $1 cancellation. Worst ever company.

Ordered a taxi for an elderly woman, can never showed up, I even called up to say that it is for an elderly lady who use siting outside in the cold for it. Very disappointed and disgusted at this service. Someone should have called me to inform me. When I called for answer the person hung up.

Pre-booked a taxi the night before for a 6: 30AM flight the next day. The taxi never showed up, and it doesn't appear one was ever allocated. Ended up having to drive myself to the airport at a moment's notice. Terrible customer service- don't accept the booking if you don't have willing drivers.

My husband needs cancer treatment regularly and any time that DVA book this company there is a problem. Either they turn up late or not at all. This happened this morning again - booked taxi a week ahead through DVA and no taxi arrived!

Make sure that you ask the taxi driver for the invoice - our driver charged us twice. This service is literally a scam.

Driver was obviously very sick, wearing no mask and spent the whole trip blowing nose then snorting back up and wiping sweat. Absolutely disgraceful! We are now so worried we are going to be sick. Cab was labelled “Champ” so obviously contracted driver

Worst taxi service ever!
They've literally charged me 65$ for the trip I canceled because there were NO cars available and haven't returned my money back! And when I was trying to talk to the support (It is a long story how to find the number for the support) the guy was extremely rude and kept saying "call to your bank" was interrupting me all the time, and didn't want to listen to anything and just dropped off the phone at the end when I said that I want to talk to his supervisor!

I recommend not to book 13 cabs i tried to rang and book 13 cabs couple times, an hours before my appointment, no drivers accepting short trips in geelong, there is no drivers around i have missed 5 times my appointment. Not happy at all with 13 cabs geelong.

If you want to get to your destination, don’t choose 13Cabs. My first ride I was overcharged because I was intoxicated and they took advantage of that. The second ride, well, I didn’t even get in the car because I booked it and they just didn’t show up.

Pre-booked a taxi on Sunday for Tuesday.
Waited 30mins before calling 13cabs and was told they were still trying to find a taxi for us and that they’ll prioritise the booking.
Waited another 30mins and still nothing.
Missed our event.
You’d think pre-booking a taxi would mean they’d have something organised.
No wonder everyone uses Ubers

Were able to resolve my problem, for the refund the money.
But their taxi service is horrible, even if you plan ahead (I did booked a taxi 3 h ahead) by the time I was ready to cross the door, the driver cancelled and I had to ask a neighbour to drop me off.
Never count on them! Happened few times that they did cancel the trips last moment.

Si unprofessional, better get an Uber! I couldn’t because I was travelling with A toddler

Booked maxi cab for 6 people to go to wedding in Coldstream. That was on time and a great ride. Around 45 min drive. Booked return maxi cab 7 days prior for pickup at 11: 15 pm. It didn’t arrive on time. I contacted the call centre to be told no eta and it will be the next available cab. I did explain I did book both cabs a week prior assuming all would go perfectly. I could not believe it when a supervisor, despite being apologetic, couldn’t reassure me that our return maxi cab would arrive. Well I’m not very happy at this time. I just wanted to get my family home. Anyway after call back again relaying my disgust, a cab arrived an hour later. So at the end of the day an hour behind. No big deal but I assumed that when u pre order a taxi it will be there for you and again thought if I get a taxi one should be able to rely on them and expect trust and reliability. Let down sadly. Just be very very careful having 13 cabs. Untrustworthy. Looks like it’s back to
Ubers.

These are the worst cabbies I have ever seen. No idea where they get a licence from as they speed and don't follow road rules. I've been swipped by 18 cabs in one week. Called up to complain and they dont care. Shocking taxi drivers

Worst service ever. Booked a cab the day prior. It never turned up and I've been waiting for 2 hours now even after multiple calls and bookings. Do yourself a favour, Never even try with this useless service. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
