Very disappointing service. Booked a 7 seater maxi cab on the website for a time sensitive early morning appointment. 5 seater vehicle arrived and driver didn't know how to contact office to rectify the issue. I needed to call an Uber in addition to the vehicle that was provided and incurred a duplicate cost. Subsequently called 13cabs to discuss the matter and was told that nothing could be done because system didn't discriminate between vehicle sizes when bookings were made online. Customer service was very poor and dismissive.

I had a nightmare cab ride, the cab front passenger seat was full of junk up to the dash, the driver was crazy and did't speak English and he sank of old BO, his driving was hair raising and he verbally abused me when I got out of the cab and demanded to be paid when I already had via the app.

In Melbourne and approached cab at rank two separate times - refused fare both times telling me I could walk an hour to my destination.

Honestly absolutely stupid I booked a taxi it get me from home to work as my car broke down and the diver called me saying he will be an extra 20 minutes away then cancelled the drive basically scamming me, I was 3 hours late for work and almost lost my job due to the driver never turning up.do not use 13cabs its a waste of money and time

Cab accepted pick up, picked someone else up. Then charged us for it. Beware lazy con artists. Do not use.

I downloaded the app to book cab to airport. T2 international departures wasn't an option on the go to list. Deleted app. Call and booked 6am to airport for next day. No show. After waiting 12 minutes on hold I was told systems down and to make other arrangements. They had my mobile. Why not send SMS. By the way - I then call Silver Top. Hb a cab within 5 minutes. Great service.

Your taxi drivers at the Australian Open were some of the most scummiest people I’ve ever met. Trying to charge me $70 to get to Footscray. Uber might not have been much better but they were at least honest. I hope your industry dies.

Pre booked a Maxi cab for 5.30am from Altona to Southerncross.confirmed on app. Never showed! Rang and was told it was unfortunate… ordered an Uber, was there within 5min

Don't trust this company. They double charged me through the app + the driver. Nobody feels responsible. Nobody is answering several emails I wrote or calls I made. I don't understand how such a company can legally operate in a civilized country.

Told the driver I wanted to pick up my laptop and I paid $50 to get me from chapel street to the city. I grab my bag in less than 1min and he left. I cannot get a lift home. Total scumbag

Putting 1 star as a formality because I have to else no star. Pre booked a taxi to go to a location for international airport transfer. Cab never showed up at the time. Just imagine the stress I had to deal with. Its not worth your time

Terrible service! Booked online a Maxi Taxi for a group Christmas party, booked it hrs before hand, and then only till 15mins before pickup did they start searching for a cab to pick us up, 40mins later still searching and no cab.

Shambles. No show. Don't pre pay then any following cabs won't take you either. Had a 13cab driver agree to take me, then take another fare that was better for them and left me standing there. Asked a driver how to fix the prepaid situation and he rudely said just stand there (at rank) and walked off. 4 cabs came and went, I called 13cabs again, 2nd time and booked another cab, but every 13cab that came after that wasn't for me. I had to take a cab with another company, then organise refund separately with 13cabs. Horrifying. Don't pre pay in Melbourne would've made things much easier. It was cheaper without the pre paid option anyway

Booked the night before just for the driver to drive pass me and stop for 10 seconds on the side of the road before driving off.

No one would drive me home at 2am from the city as I only lived a 10 minute drive away. Extremely upset that greed was put before my safety. I was knocked back by at least 6 cabs who did not unlock their doors for me before they asked where I was going.

Very rude abrupt driver who did not know where Quest Melbourne Airport was, like he was at the airport, something he should know!

Ordered a cab, waiting 45 minutes without getting assigned a driver whilst 20 other people just jumped in them without ordering. Absolutely ridiculous and awaiting a refund since I had to pay to order one.

Needed cab to go from hotel into city twice cabs apparently sent never turned up second driver basically hung up when found out trip was short one due to wife having broken leg plenty other cab companies dont go near this one
