Waffle On Cafe

The gentleman that severed me today was extremely kind and made sure I understood what was coeliac friendly and not. Definitely recommend!

Since moving here from QLD, Waffle On has been my most FAVOURITE cafe. Waffles are absolutely amazing I always get the fried chicken which is cooked perfectly), and the muffins are massive and the best I’ve ever had (raspberry and lemon curd changed my life). Also the Chai latte is honestly the best in the city in my experience. I have been here at least 10 times in the past 6 months and it has been consistently incredible every time. The staff is always friendly, and the cafe itself is warm and cute.

Waffle On has been our family favourite for years, whether it's coffee and a fresh cookie or lunch for 6 with waffles and milkshakes. Great service and good value. Always yummy. Especially the bacon.

A must visit for someone with a sweet tooth like myself.

We came in at 2: 30 when they were packing down but the staff were welcoming and took our orders. The food was delicious, well portioned and reasonably priced. We'll be back!

Bacon and banana waffles were *chef’s kiss*. Exactly the right amounts of waffle, bacon, and banana so that you got a bit of each in every bite.

Holy moly this was great, everything about it from the great service and location, with nice air conditioning for summer heat and the proximity to the CBD without being too crowded, this was amazing! And thats not even mentioning the amazing waffles, with great sweet and savoury options, I don't think there is a single item off their wide menu I wouldn't recommend.

Had an amazing experience here at the Waffle On Cafe! Loved every minute! From the service from the staff, to the location and venue itself and to the amazing food! Can highly recommend eating breakfast here! The breakfast waffles are absolutely delicious! Light and fluffy and filled with flavour! The coffee also would have to be one of the best coffees I have had in Hobart! It is also very reasonable priced and can’t fault any aspect of the Waffle On Cafe! It is easily a 5/5 stars from me!:)

Excellent food and service only a small Cafe but very busy and parking was close by for an hr.

Friendly staff, good menu that has sweet and savoury waffles. Food and coffee were delicious. Highly recommend!

Waffles were amazeballs. We had the Jesse's Chicken and Bacon, the traditional and a Lemon Meringue and they were all delicious. The chicken on its own was so perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside with just the right amount of seasoning and oh so juicy on the inside.

Separately but no less importantly, the coffee was the best I've had in ages: smooth beans perfectly extracted, soft milk texture (cappuccino) and just the right temperature.

This place is amazing. Best waffles ever. It's Heaven. I had the Apple and Rhubarb crumble. Caitlin had the vegan, gluten free lemon meringue with Coconut sorbet. We loved it!

Best breakfast and amazing friendly staff. Def a sweet little found in town with exceptional taste!

Amazing range of sweet and savoury waffles (lemon meringue was so good!), heaps of gluten-free options for both coeliac and gluten intolerance. Also love that you can book online. Will definitely be back!
